The service sent 2 woman for 2 hours( who actually stayed 2 hrs and 20 minutes at no extra charge). i must say that I had alot of dog hair and dust before they got started. The cleaned 4 bathrooms, vacummed a 3 level townnhouse with 3 bedrooms and stairs, dusted everything, mopped hardwood floors,cleaned kitchen, wiped down everything, straighten things up, made beds etc. They were great!! I highly recommend them. They were professional and quick.

Description of Work: The gentleman that scheduled the service made a mistake and the team didn't as scheduled. When I called he became argumentative and difficult to work with, but after some patience (and control!!!) I was able to work with him to have the team come in since I had taken time from work. This meant that they were rushed and out upon, however every member of the team was excellent, hard working and professional. I would use them again if they had a more professional individual scheduling and ensuring the team's arrival.

Description of Work: Rosie's team of four women came to my home and cleaned both floors. Upstairs is living, sleeping quarters and the bottom floor is family and entertainment. They bring their own products and are very open to learning from you how you want things done. They did such a good job, I have them returning this month. Pricing is fair and the quality of the work very good! |

Description of Work: I purchased a housecleaning deal. Ordered the service a long time ago but just now had them come to my home. They remembered the Angie's list deal. Arrived on a timely basis. Came in and immediately started to work. They did a very nice job.

Description of Work: Did not arrive during agreed upon time range. They did not call to inform me they would be late. I called after the time window had passed. I was told that they were running behind but were "on the way". They still did not arrive until quite a bit later. Four cleaners arrived. Were very friendly. They worked very fast, as if trying to hurry to get to the next job. Did not do a thorough job.

Description of Work: They were used as cleaning service. They rushed through my home, 2 of the 4 beds were not made or touched. They cleaned around contents not moving to dust or mop. |They were prompt and were suppose to give 3 hours for 2 people. I have a 5 bedroom home, 3 full stories and they were finished in less than 2 hours.

Description of Work: Outstanding home cleaning. Initial home inspection was promptly scheduled, cleaners arrived within a few days, responsive and meticulous. Very considerate - washed all the dishes I left in sink once when I forgot they were coming. Alternate detailed cleaning of low-use rooms, detailed clean bathrooms and kitchen each visit.

Description of Work: Unfortunately, I cannot give this company a good rating. Their cleaning crew showed up at my house two hours late on November 11, 2013. I kept calling to find out where they were. Eventually, Lenin returned my call to tell me the van had a flat tire on the beltway and they were waiting for a tow. When they arrived, they were there for a little less than two hours. As I was upstairs looking at the results of their cleaning, I heard them leaving in a hurry. They yelled goodbye to me from the bottom of the stairs. When I went into my bathroom and pulled back the shower curtain I saw that my shower head had been broken off. It had not been broken before their arrival. Accidents can happen, I just expect a company to own up to them. It took countless phone calls and e-mails back and forth with the owner, Lenin, before he agreed to the repair and a date to facilitate it. Over two months later, January 20, 2014, Lenin showed up at my house with the correct part and made the repair in less than five minutes. It was an extremely frustrating experience on my part and I feel very unprofessional behavior on the part of Daphne’s Cleaning Service.

Description of Work: Linny and Rosia Rojas have been cleaning my home every 2 weeks for about 8 months. They do an excellent job with the cleaning and are always very prompt and dependable. Whenever I call to make a schedule change Linny always takes my call and has his calendar ready. He and Rosia arrive on time and I've never had a single problem of any kind in working with them. I have also never had anyone who did a better job cleaning for me or were more pleasant to have around. They are very efficient with their time, as well. I have a 4,000 plus sq. ft. 3-story house including several types of flooring: carpets, rugs, wood flooring, and tile which the two of them manage to get sparkling clean within 3 hours. The tasks they perform are running the vac, mopping, dusting (includes wood blinds), wiping clean all kitchen surfaces and thoroughly cleaning 4 baths. I am always happy with the results. They are extremely easy to work with and quite willing to accomodate any needs I have. I travel a good bit and Linny and Rosia are very flexible with my scheduling needs. I have found them to be delightful people and I'm very grateful to have the service of folks I can thoroughly trust within my home. Rosia and Linny aim to please. I am very happy to have found their Daphne's Cleaning Service here on Angie's List. They deserve the A+ rating they've earned. I whole heartedly recommend their business to anyone looking for a happy experience with a cleaning service at a reasonable and competitive price. If all businesses were managed with such efficiency, integrity, respect, and good will as the young Rojas' the world would be a much nicer one. I have found Daphne's Cleaning Service to be outstanding.
