Patrick was very professional and repaired the carpet in the living/dining rooms, hallways and staircase. You can’t even tell where the burn marks were around the fireplace. He did perform thorough assessment of the stains and removed them. We are very pleased with the results.

Simply the company had nothing to offer other than on some Thursdays and it had to be mornings , I was unable to be in the house at 10.00 am on Thursday for them and said so in advance . They did not do anything wrong , did not have a chance to . Initially, the man agreed to come when I proposed but soon after realized he was already booked . The effort to flex his time was invisible , has the right to be busy and ambivalent about having consented to a discount through ANGIE to promote his company : apparently it was unnecessary . WASTE OF OUR TIME .

Excellent. Though I did not confirm the service time or date, luckily I was home. Patrick unloaded his equipment, took the time to explain what he was going to do and what if any problems he might encounter. He was VERY thorough and did an outstanding job getting my house clean and fresh again. The stairs were an additional $75 and the pet neutralizer was another $75 but I think it was worth it and would recommend to anyone who has struggled with cats.

Patrick knows rugs! We had ripples in our wall-to-wall carpeting in two rooms, and Patrick came to give an estimate. He explained why the rippling had occurred and gave us a vary reasonable estimate. When we asked how soon he could do the work, he said "right now". Three hours later, we had smooth rugs again. Great job, Patrick!!.

It took several e-mails to schedule and all were answered promptly. Everything went off without a hitch just as you would expect of a professional organization.

Added $200 to job to stretch out carpets. Advice from Patrick. Since it was my first time having my carpet commercially cleaned, I had to take his advise about the stretching or he will not warranty excessive stretching after washing. So do get more quotes and advise before hiring.

I contact several providers to see if they would repair my carpet and Patrick was the only company who actually replied. He was very responsive through text messaging and phone calls. He came to the house and gave me an estimate on the spot. He offered to do the work right then, but I could didn't have the time. He was very flexible as my schedule is pretty tight with kids and work, but when we were able to set a date, he showed up on time and immediately got to work. The job took longer than he expected, but the end result was a repair that looks excellent. If I have ever have need for carpet repair, he will be my first phone call.

Patrick was punctual and professional. I felt that the 99.00 special was a bit of a come on. I have used a different carpet cleaning service for YEARS with satisfaction. I purchased this deal just to try another option. I never paid more than $350.00 for the same services from my provider. When Patrick estimated the job a $450.00, without the Scotchgard protection that is included in the price of my current vendor (traffic areas), the meeting was over. Services were not performed, and I will request a refund. Reiterating, nothing wrong with Patrick and his professionalism, but price was a turnoff.

Before you spend hundreds of dollars on replacing carpet, I highly encourage you to give Patrick a call. He always manages to arrive when scheduled and spend as much time as necessary to treat each stain, tear or rip. The price points vary depending on the amount of chemical/time/effort it takes to remove the stain, but in the long run, it's cheaper than the alternative.

I would like to commend Patrick ( the company owner) for the excellent service performed by him and his team. We were so impressed by his service, attention to detail and professionalism we gave him a three (3) year contract to service our carpet. I would recommend his company to our clients looking for this type of service. This team has a "can do" attitude that you look for when you need good work done.
