Description of Work: I seriously wish these guys could have built our house too!! We got an amazing deal on a beautiful Trex deck with a vinyl pergola and accents. The quality is beyond compare and the skill level of the construction crew was so good we actually had a great time just watching them work. To put the price in perspective we essentially paid the same amount for our Mid-Atlantic Trex & vinyl masterpiece that our builder was going to charge us for a pressure-treated lumber deck that was half the size and didn’t have a pergola. This is our second project that Mid Atlantic has done for us, the first being a top-notch cedar privacy fence that always gets comments on its looks and workmanship- even from other people in the business! Mike Schenk, our estimator and design consultant for both the deck and fence hit a home run from start to finish on both projects... if you are thinking of ANY of the products Mid-Atlantic offers, just save yourself the trouble, call them up, ask for Mike, and be amazed as the quality and value! We will ABSOLUTELY hire them again for future work!

Description of Work: New deck and pergola. Said would have dedicated crew until job done in about 2 weeks. Crew did 5 other jobs while neglecting to finish our job over 6 weeks. Did not get building permit in a timely manner. Did not treat expensive material with care. Still waiting to this day for a remote for the deck lights. One of the handrails on the steps is not attached properly, and is dangerous.

Description of Work: Installation of approx 50 feet of 6ft+ privacy gothic wood fence along back property line, including removal/disposal of existing fence; replace fence post on split rail and reset gate post. The job went well. Crew arrived on time and worked very efficiently. Highly recommend Mid Atlantic fence!

Description of Work: I had an estimate done and they provided me real advise on my current situation regarding escapist dogs. An alternative solution was recommended to keep the dogs within the property. I was not charged, they provided me measurements of property and put me in contact with someone that could evaluate the boundries and give me a rough idea if neighbors were overlapping.

Description of Work: Replaced custom skylights. Looked great but leaked. Responded quickly twice; thought it was fixed til the next heavy rain came. One still has a minor leak. Will call when we can point out the leak. Sent the wrong window openers; waiting for replacements.

SEVERAL MONTHS AFTER THE FENCE WAS INSTALLED, SOME SETTLING OCCURRED WHICH MADE IT DIFFICULT TO LATCH THE GATE. MID-ATLANTIC CAME OUT FREE OF CHARGE TO ADJUST THE GATE'S HARDWARE. WE LOVE OUR FENCE AND HAVE RECEIVED MANY COMPLIMENTS ON IT.
