The estimator was able to give me a quote within a few days of my first call to the company and the only delay in getting the fence installed was my vacation. The crew arrived promptly on the instillation day and were finished before 5 PM. At the end of the day the fence was completed, usable, the yard was cleaned and the fence looked like it had always been there.

We signed a contract mid-May with Chris, a salesman. He was great--no complaints. However, due to "heavy scheduling", we had to wait FOREVER to get the deck put in. I definitely felt mislead about how long it would take. Didn't have the right documents, and then it sat at the county's office for weeks. I eventually called myself and spoke to the permit office about the situation, and "miraculously" that same day, the permit was ready. Then, work was stopped several times during the work. One time--hard to believe--because the "Screws" hadn't come in yet. Seriously, we had to wait a week because there were no screws to drill into the deck. Nothing against the guys that actually came out and did the work. Also felt a bit mislead, however, because the crew was definitely subcontracted and not actual Mid-Atlantic workers. The final product was very nice, but it didn't get finished until the last day of July and I think the customer service aspect was really, really, under par. We will not use this company again. We had a patio poured at the same time and the contrast in good communication and service was night and day. Even though we like the end result, not sure it was worth the hassle.

Frank gave us a terrific estimate, and Mid-Atlantic met our needed installation date without issue. Crew was on-time, polite, and skilled. Entire job completed in one day. The fence is sturdy and beautiful. Exactly what we wanted and needed. Would definitely recommend and would use again, if needed.

Mike was great to work with, even though we have never met him. We discussed on the phone what we wanted, and he came out and did the measurements while we were at work. They were not the cheapest, but were not the most expensive either. After the initial quote, we had a last minute change that upped the price slightly, but Mike was able to keep it reasonable. We paid the deposit, and the crew was out two weeks later. The crew arrived early, and went over the plan with us and started right away. They finished that same day, and cleaned up all the mess. So far we could not be happier.

They were very responsive in providing me a quote however their quote was high, so I didn’t use them. The guy who came out gave me some ideas. I would have used them as their product was good but their bid was too high.

Frank sent us a drawing of the proposed work and a brochure showing the type of fencing we chose. We submitted these to the association and were approved immediately. We called Frank, he then mailed us a contract, we signed the contract and mailed it back.We arranged for a date to do the work. Frank gave us a time they would be there. The crew arrived on time ready to work. My wife was worried about some flowers and plantings next to the fence, the workmen said they would be very carefully around the plants. They did all the work quickly and professionally, the flowers and plants were smiling and so was my wife. The fence was as solid and beautiful as promised. We called Frank about some holes where old posts had been, He said they would return and fill them with concrete. They did return a few days later to fill some holes that settled. We are very happy with our fence and have received some nice compliments from neighbors..

We got quotes from several companies and Mid-Atlantic were the cheapest by rather a large margin - they produce their own material, which might be the reason why. So price coupled with the great reviews on Angie's List convinced us to go with them. We had Joe coming out measuring everything and giving us advice on how to do things (there were a couple of issues we were having due to unevenness of grounds, neighbour's fence, etc.)We then scheduled a date for the installation with Randy and they came out that day and worked incredibly hard - I think they were there for about 13 hours as they wanted to get the job done in the one day they had promised. Neither Randy nor Joe were there that day, which made us a bit nervous at first, but it turned out that all three guys (and they actually got some reinforcements later on but I wasn't here for that) were extremely nice, courteous and efficient. I think prices for fencing overall are way too high, but if you want / need a fence, I would highly recommend Mid-Atlantic - they also have a big show room locally, just off Route 3 so if you don't know what you're looking for, you can swing by there and get ideas (we already knew want we wanted so passed on that)

They did an excellent job. My wife was ecstatic with them to the point we want them to come back and put in modifications for our deck. They knew what they were doing and steered us away from fences that would not work for our yard. They were very responsive throughout the whole process. The back yard was spotless when they were done and we would highly recommend them. The fence looks great.

They came and took measurements for failed to call back with estimate. I went with another provider.

Overall things went very well. However, the crew was short the last 10 feet of wire and the company made us pay extra when the crew had to come back.

The only problem I had with them is that they cut a couple of corners with the boards, but other then that they did a pretty good job.

The estimator was professional and punctual. They agreed to do the entire job on one day, because I have a dog and also, the neighbor has five children and we couldn't be without the fencing more than a day. Work crew of 6-7 arrived on time on a Saturday and completed entire job by end of day. Another plus in working with this company is that they offered no interest (for 6 months) financing through BB&T, which was very helpful.

Great experience. Crew arrived on time and were very professions. It was freezing the day of install and the crew worked all day to complete the job with on a short break to eat lunch. We have had the fence for a month now and have received several complements on the fence.

Mid-Atlantic was very responsive and professional throughout the entire experience. Getting an estimate was quick and easy; Mike listened closely to my requirements and worked with me on the design. On the day of the installation, the crew arrived on time, was friendly and professional, worked very efficiently, and left my property in perfect condition. The price was not the least expensive of the estimates I was given, but the product was top quality and the installation was perfect.

Excellent service, a little expensive but excellent quality. Would use this company again.

They were reasonable. They were on time and did what they said they would. We will use them again, if needed. They are excellent.

Very well, I had some vegetable plants along the old fence. When I asked them to be careful about the plants they did just that. Very good job.

They did a fine job, they were quick to respond when I called them, they were very clean with their work, good quality and reasonably priced.

Frank came out and gave us an estimate. We decided to go wtih it so we scheduled a time for them to come out and do the work. They came out and installed 2 48" wide walk gates, and removed and hauled existing one gate. They were very professional, came when they said they would and did a nice job.

Great. But schedule out of the middle of the summer for the quickest install.

Had Cedar privacy fence installed in November 2010 to replace existing privacy fence. On install day, the crew came out and worked all day, cutting the gate and building the fence on-site (not pre-fab!). We stained the fence with Flood brand stain after installation. Recently, we had some issues with the fence and Walt came out today to take a look at the fence. He was very professional and wanted to make sure we were happy with our fence. I am glad we purchased our fence from Mid-Atlantic - Great Service - would highly recommend!!!!

Very professional company. We had a paddock fence built for poultry. The fence is beautiful and extremely well built. My husband was skeptical before the work was done, but he couldn't stop talking about the exceptional work that was done after the fence was in. We would certainly have Mid-Atlantic back for additional work!

Overall it was a pleasant experience. The salesman was prompt and answered all of our questions. We learned about common failures of fencing and what this company does to prolong fence life. The only issue I had was with the final inspection because there was nobody on site to speak English and answer my question about the nails used during construction.
