Description of Work: They recfaced the cabniets in my kitchen and refaced the doors. We are pleased with the work. They came when they said and finished when they said. My husband primarly dealt with them.

Description of Work: They refaced my cabinets and made new ones. They did a good job. There were a couple of things that they could have done better. Overall, I was satisfied with the service.

Description of Work: Kitchen Magic Refacers, Inc. did a remarkably great job on refacing my kitchen, they also had redesign ideas that I hadn't thought of - they are true experts. I interviewed several companies, but decided to go with them - but I didn't know what to expect, I just hoped for the best. And the best is exactly what I got! Their customer service is great, and the men who do the installations are actually master carpenters, craftsmen of a bygone era. I was so impressed with the quality of the job, I am pleased to write this review. I highly recommend this company. I bought my house 3 years ago, and it had a kitchen that was a custom job. The cabinets were still very good, but the doors, drawers and sliders were shot. Kitchen Magic build a wood frame around each cabinet and attached the new doors to the frame, which is high quality work - not offered by the other companies I interviewed; but for Kitchen Magic, this is standard operating procedure. The solid wood doors, sliders and drawers are beautiful solid wood - and I am more than happy with the entire look and quality of the job they did.

Description of Work: I contacted this company to learn more about the services they provide. I indicated to the man who answered the phone that I was still exploring options for a moderate kitchen renovation and planned to have an independent kitchen designer help me think it through. He insisted that kitchen designers were not certified and that his group would do a better job. He spoke over me when I tried to explain my interests and needs; told me about his high profile clients ("if we're good enough for them, why wouldn't we be good enough for you"); and left we with the impression that he was incapable of listening to a potential client's needs or interests. Despite the good reviews of their service, I don't think I could work with someone who doesn't listen or respect the interests or opinions of a potential client. I won't be calling them back.
