Excellent installment. Was always on time and finished the work on time. Was professional and always cleaned up at the end of each workday.

Staff were on time, professional and job was completed on the time as stated in contract. Kitchen Magic Refacer's are excellent and I highly recommend them.

They did a great job. Very thorough. Cabinets look magnificent. An excellent job of cleaning up as well.

The physical produce that they sell is decent and the final appearance is acceptable. The professionalism of the installer was horrible. If at any point in the installation a woman is expected to be the point of contact this is not the service to use. The technician is dismissive to the point of being abusive and he is only slightly less difficult when speaking with a male. In the end he came back to fix some problems and did not arrive with the required items that need to be installed. However, at that point he was so difficult to deal with that we determined it was of no use to bring him back and we were left with a less than satisfactory installation. At the time we were dealing with this company it seemed that it was a family operation so when you called for help it became a three ring circus. The "proprietor" was never present his wife was pleasant but was unable to be helpful and when you spoke with the warehouse you were informed, sympathetically, that you needed to discuss any problem with the boss.

Everything was completed in 3 days as promised. The quality of the materials and the work was very good. I would recommend them for any size job.

Provided some new kitchen cabinets,resurfaced other old cabinets, replaced counter tops and sink.

This was done prior to 2011 and I would have to go back in my records to see just how long ago it was. We were happy with the outcome for the most part. It was a big job and the carpenters on the job were professional and tried to be as clean as they could be. It was hard living with the upheaval of the job, but they worked fairly quickly and I do believe they were finished within a week. The counter tops were replaced as well but K.M. outsourced this part.

Kitchen Magic refaced all my kitchen cabinets; built a kitchen desk center; installed a new wall cabinet unit; installed Corian counters; and worked with the GE appliance company to insure my new stainless french door refrigerator, dishwasher, range, and microwave fit appropriately. I have a life-time guarantee that Kitchen Magic will be responsible for any needed repairs. Techs have returned to adjust/replace the switches for my wall dimmer and under-counter cabinets. I am most pleased with the integrity and services I continue to receive from this reliable company.

The service man was late daily, turned a 2 day job into a week long job, the reason to reface is to save time. He smeared glue all over the walls and didn't clean the brown residue off the paint. It has to be sanded off. They never offered a discount, a clean up, nothing. I still have the glue marks there, I'm disabled and cannot do this work. There are nails sticking the threshold in place where trim was nailed improperly.

They were super, they were in and out and did a great job.They cleaned up after themselves and showed up on time. I would highly recommend them.

They refaced all of our kitchen cabinets, gving us a brand new look. And we didn't have a $30,000 kitchen remodelling bill. They were on time and guaranteed their work. We have had to call for a new transformer for recessed lighting and out they came, replaciang the transformer for free.

Experience was more than ten years back. It was fine.

At first I was disappointed at the quality of the wood they used --- it seemed so flimsy. But it has taken a beating at our house and held up. One piece cracked and they came out and fixed it. I did not like the way the joints were handled ---- you could see the inside of the wood so they covered that with paint and it looked much better. All in all a pretty good job Was it worth $10,000? I don't know.

Consultation first, agreed on amount, workers showed up on time and cleaned up before they left. However, I would have liked it if they paid a little more attention to the finer details that could have been done. When they say reface, that's exactly what it means. Any inside ledge / rim that shows is not done.

We talked with company reps at a home show and were impressed with their product. The company estimator arrived promptly for the appointment and had several good suggestions for how we might reach and exceed our goals. Installation went as predicted re process and timing. All workmen cleaned up after each day of work. We were pleased with the changes in our kitchen and baths. The only negative from our experience was that we felt a bit pressured to purchase a particular sink versus exploring how we could adapt the sink opening to other styles.

I would highly recommend Kitchen Magic Refacers to anyone wanting to give their kitchen a new facelift. After meeting with their representative and picking out everything, in addition to giving suggestions, a date was given to start. They sent another company to measure for the Silestone countertop and I even changed the color of the Silestone at that time. It was all done within 3 days. One worker arrived early Monday morning and worked until around 6 or 7 PM, didn't even take a lunch break. On Tuesday morning when he arrived, the Silestone countertop also arrived at about the same time and installed the countertop. He worked all day again until 6 or 7 PM, without taking a lunch break, and was totally done by Wednesday mid-afternoon. He was meticulous in everything he did, as though it was his own, and was very pleasant and professional. Everything just went so smoothly. I have had so many complements to this day. People can't believe that this was a refacing job; they thought it was all brand new. When I tell them the price and the quick turnaround time, they are just in awe. I've heard of some people having a complete kitchen being torn apart and taking at least 3 months or more to completion and costing so much more. I can't imagine living with my kitchen torn apart for such a long period of time. So if you're ever in the market for a new kitchen, definitely give Kitchen Magic Refacers a try, you won't be sorry!!!

The salesman was prompt, professionally dressed, and well versed in the options available to us. He led us through the choices and provided advice. He took careful measurements and explained the process to us. We had 3 quotes from providers, Kitchen Magic was the best value in materials and price. Less expensive than sears and with real cherry cabinet doors and veneers rather than MDF. Their workman was exceptional, crafting a few custom cabinet roll out drawers and rebuilding a few broken drawers in addition to doing the refacing, installing under cabinet lighting. we have received many compliments on the work. It was done in a timely fashion and he also cleaned up very well. This work was done almost 6 years ago and still looks great! We would recommend and use them again.

Did a great job. Finished in 3.5 days. Kitchen looks awesome. My only complaint was the finish on the luan used on the back of the penisula. It wasn't an even coat of polyurethane (or whatever they used). It's not really that bad as the stools block it. My only other thing was when they do a countertop/sink, they supply a faucet, only one choice. I wanted something different and they said they would not install it, so I had to do that myself. Not a big deal, but I feel that they should offer more faucet options. The counter installers did drill appropriate holes where I wanted for what I needed (faucet, soap dispenser and filtered water faucet). It's all good, just something to think about when in the initial consultation. They did let me know right up front, so there were no surprises. I had acquired the faucets and soap dispenser before the installation, so all is good! The installation was 8 years ago, so I am unsure if they still have this 'standard faucet' policy. The reason for the C rating on price was I felt the counter price was a bit higher than I could have gotten elsewhere (note, not just at big box store), but I felt it was worth it to have everything done by one company so that, if any problems were encountered, there would be no finger pointing. It was my choice to pay the premium and I have no regrets!

They did a great job! They were very punctual and came on time. They completed the work when they said. They was a minor problem they day they finished the work. The workers had already left. I called and one of the men lived close in the area. He came that day, within an hour of calling him, to repair the drawer.

I think the actual look of the kitchen is great and much of the work was high quality, but I found the guy who did the work to be unfriendly. and unprofessional. He complained a lot about parking: I live in the city - but the company knew that prior to accepting the job. He shared his political opinions with me (I was not interested in getting into arguments) and towards the end of the job he just wanted to get home and his finish work got sloppy:.handles were not put on straight, there were rough edges around the inside of the refaced cabinets, and some of the seams on the cabinets needed to be repainted. A few doors had been mis measured (not his fault) and had to be replaced at a later date. The carpenter also did not do the spic and span cleanup that I expected. The company addressed almost all of my complaints (they said some of the rough edges inside the cabinets were supposed to be that way: really?) but did so reluctantly. I was surprised by my experience because I had read great reviews on the company website and I expected much better service for the work performed. The kitchen looks beautiful: Most of the problems were fixed, and I am happy with the end product. But the process, and some of the detail work, was definite below my standards.

The service went well. A couple of drawers broke, but they repaired them promptly. We are quite happy with their work.

The service was fine. However, after they left, I noticed an injectable for my horse was gone. They were using my refrigerator to store their lunch. I would not use their services again.

They were able to find our order from years back and get the doors to match our existing ones. They were really helpful. We are pleased with the service. They worked hard to complete the work in a good amount of time. They came in and made the measurements. They listened to what I wanted and made suggestions. They were great to work with. They were responsive, prompt, and professional.
