Description of Work: Overall it went okay. The contractor has been slow responding but I understand, given the circumstances, that he has been quite busy with all the members that purchased big deals as well as his non-big deal projects. No work was completed due to personal schedule.

Description of Work: Mike first remodeled our kitchen, installing beautiful ceramic tile throughout, plus Silestone countertops and backsplash. Later he constructed a 1,200 sq. ft. deck, with a storage room underneath. The deck is a beauty that we use daily. Thanks for such a great job, Mike.

 + 7 moreFox First is always the first and last place we go for any issues or improvements on our house. We called them at 9:00 am and explained the water heater wasn't working then an hour later Mile Fox the owner showed up and told us he could fix it however it made more sense to replace it . Unlike other contractors he showed me what was wrong and how old the current heater was with information on how long they lasted. I was very impressed he went the extra mile to explain in detail as opposed to just saying it's broken. My wife and I went off to work only to return to hot water and a great new water heater. The laundry room was in better shape than when we left it meaning they did a great job of removing the old heater and cleaning up the new install. We were so pleased.
Description of Work: My wife and I have used Mr. Fox on numerous occasions. Most recently he replaced our hot water heater in a matter of hours at a great price and as usual he is super quick and efficient. His company has done several other projects for us and other friends and family members in which that all agree with the great work and level of professionalism he delivers. This summer we are going to enlist his company for our new deck and fence. We have seen other jobs he has done from painting to building additions and in each case the craftsmanship was supreme. We have had him fix our plumbing, electrical, as well as remodel our kitchen.
