Sales person was pleasant and was quite helpful in choosing product style and quality. Was on time for appointment to measure an estimate amount of material an time for installation. Installers arrived at appointed time and quietly and efficiently completed the work, leaving no mess. The whole process was professionally completed and we were extremely pleased with the work.

My wife and I initially went into the store. I gave them a rough measurement of the square feet and they gave me an approximate cost for the footage; although they insisted on measuring the area before the install. They came out to the house and completed the meaurements. Staff was professional and friendly. Carpet installation was par excellence.

After deciding to use them, the first issue was the call I received requesting mony to buy the flooring. Cost was 391.24. Gave him credit card info. When I went on line to check my charges I found that they had billeb me te cost of the entire job, 1164.69, 391.21 for flooring, 750.00 for labor and 23.44 for tax. I called and complained. He said it was there policy to receive payment in full for small jobs. That was not what he said when he asked for payment. We argued but they were coming the following week so I let it go. The installeds showed up ontime and ready to work. They are subcontractors, not his crew. They began tearing up a large section of the kitchen floor. I had asked them to deliver the flooring the week before so that it coiuld aclimate to the house. Two boxes were purchased. I supplied 1/2 box which had been in my basement for 5 years. The flooring from my basement and 1 box of new product matched perfectly. !/2 of the other box was off color. I called and his respone was that it had to age and that could take up to 10 years. I find it odd that one and 1/2 new boxes and 1/2 old box matched and yet 1/2 did not. This is a prefinished floor, seasoned stained an polyurithaned wood. The only effect aging may have is fading from sunlight. I was in a fix so I had them install the floor. I had them disperse the peices that didnt match amog the matching which broke it up a little. Still visible. Thats what I get for selecting low bid.

I got an estimate in store based on the measurements I provided. Salesman came out and measured and price didn't change from original estimate. Work was done fast and professionally .Could have started next day but I chose to wait a few days. Installers were on time and totally professional and respectful to both me and my house. If you use this company ask for the subcontracter Mr Lee. My bathroom floor is beautiful and they cut no corners on the install. I would use them again .

Initial meeting was fine, carpet was selected and order placed, subject to availability. Date for installation set. On that date 8:30 to 9:00AM installer was to show up with carpet ordered. At 10:30AM no call or response from company. I drove to the store and asked where was the installer? After numerous calls by the employee at the store I was told the installer would be there soon. I went back to the property and waited. When he arrived he said to check the carpet before he brought it into the property. I checked and said it was not the carpet I ordered. He suggested we take it inside and see what it looked like there. I agreed not knowing I was the one who had to help him move the carpet into the property. Once inside it was clear this was not the carpet I ordered. We rolled it back up and carried it back to the van. I went back to the carpet store and requested a different color carpet. They agreed and said it would be delivered the following Friday. I had someone meet the installer at the property and again they were late, not as bad as earlier but late none the less. Ultimately the carpet was installed nicely and I paid them with no offsets, the amount stated above. No courtesy credit or discount for the screw up so that convinced me not to go back.

Bay Country Floors came and gave us an estimate. We are waiting for the insurance company to respond.

I recently purchased a home and decided to replace the carpeting in the bedrooms, hall, and stairs. Since I was also having these areas repainted I wanted to have the new carpet color look good with the color I selected for the walls. Once I decided on the carpet color/brand, I asked Bay County to provide an estimate, which they were able to schedule within a few days. Since the estimated price was within my budget, I contracted with them for the work. The two men who did the installation very carefully removed the old padding and carpeting and then installed the new product. They worked carefully and I was pleased that none of my newly painted walls were damaged during the removal and installation. The finished product looks good and I was pleased with the service that I received.

They showed up when they said they would and cleaned up after themselves. The floors look great and they did a great job!

Excellent choice. The saleman recommended a product at a discount price, & the installation went smooth & fast -- much faster than I thought it would (half a day for a relatively large great room & entry). Now that the product's been with us for a number of years, we're headed back to Bay Country to redo our master bedroom. I believe we received much better service & a better price than the big box stores.

They only had pre-made woods. I needed someone who can rip up the floor, install new, and refinish and re-stain it. He was very nice, professional, and helpful, but didn’t offer the services. He did come up with ways that I could use his services with different ideas. He was detailed in telling me what I needed done for what I wanted completed. He also provided me with a number of a company who could do the work.

Everything turned out fine. They are courteous and very punctual. The people they send to do the work did a nice job and they were very pleasant. We had no complaints.

They did a fantastic job. Dave, who is the manager, is phenomenal. I would hire them again. They gave me a good price and I am very satisfied with the results.

I did not pick them because they were the cheapest around, I picked them because they have been doing hardwood floors a long time. They came in at 9:30 am, started right to work, and was finished and packed up by 5 pm. We prepared the house by taking everything off the walls and furniture. All pictures came off the walls on all 3 levels. They moved the furniture around as they worked and everything was handled carefully. Nothing was damaged in the moving around. They had to move the stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator and we don't see any scratches in the wood at all. I am very happy with my purchase.

Went in to Bay Country floors out of curiosity and in keeping with the 'small business Saturday" theme and came out pleasantly surprised. Dave was very helpful in our selection of flooring. With his advice we chose a durable carpet for the living room and dining room, as well as an appropriate water resistant floor for the entry. We wanted these types of floors knowing they would more than likely be abused by tenants. We set up a time to get the estimate the following Wednesday. Dave came over to the house and provided us with a reasonable estimate, so we ordered the carpet flooring. The installation went with a problem, or at least it looked like there were no problems. Dave had initially said that there would be some problems with the old original flooring, but the contractors installed the new stuff over it. I had them also resize and stretch the older upstairs carpeting that Home Depot had put in when my family first moved. That was a little extra cost but it was well worth it, the house looks SO much better. Based on this experience I wont be going back to Home Depot for any carpet installation, not unless I can vet the subcontractors. So my hat's off to Dave and Bay Country for a great experience.

Superb service. They were very helpful with selecting carpeting type, quality and color. They made recommendations that saved us money. The carpeting was available within a couple of days. They use their own people to install the carpeting. At our request, they rescheduled the installation. They showed up on time and completed the job on time. They cleaned up all the debris and would have taken away the carpeting remnants if we wanted. They were polite and professional. The value was excellent given their performance throughout the entire process.

The crew arrived late due to previous job problems so was only able to remove the old floor that day (it was supposed to be a one day job), which took longer than expected since the sub floor had been glued down (apparently an unknown and unexpected problem). The next day the crew installed the new floor including matching baseboards. The installation took almost 10 hours since the crew was shorthanded. A couple of minor problems were corrected satisfactorily during the installation. The crew was very neat and careful. They used mineral spirits to clean up excess colored filler which caused dulling of the finish in a few spots. The recommended solution - a very weak vinegar water wiping, was not completely successful. That matter is not resolved yet. There was an extra box of flooring which Bay Country did not want back, suggesting I should keep it in case of future damage,
