They are always very responsive I have had 2 other companies Always notified by email with regards to arming and disRming. Service is very personal and they ensure that their equipment fulfills all your needs but also don't allow you to overdo unnecessarily

I've used UltraGuard for over 30 years and they have always been there for me if I had any problems. Either Fred or Andy calls me back immediately and usually come to my house or business the same day. We had a break-in in our business and Andy repaired and replaced all of the equipment that the intruder broke the next morning. The thief thought by smashing my alarm system, that would stop it from contacting the police...but my sophisticated alarm system did and the police caught him red-handed. I am so glad I was able to watch the thief on my iPhone with my Internet camera all throughout my business. Everything was recorded! Did I mention how pleasant it is to deal with Fred or Andy? Super nice guys!

It was a pleasure dealing with this company...no hype, no scare techniques..very professional and easy to work with. We had dealt with a company before that morphed into two other companies and ended up being a very large company and we were not particularly happy. Ultra Guard Security Systems provides more personal service and frankly we have had no problems with our system. The monthly(billed quarterly)charge for monitoring is a little more expensive than we were paying to the previous provider but we feel that our comfort in dealing with Ultra Guard is worth it.

They have always been professional, on time and routinely worked with me to create a strong, practical and cost effective system for each house and situation. I have required very few service calls over the years. The last call was for a backup battery alarm signal. They responded the next day and fixed the problem with no expense to me. I would highly recommend Ultra Guard.

This is a small business that prides itself on being responsive to its customers. I have only had to contact them twice - neither about equipment, but a complex schedule I wanted to set up during prolonged absences - and they were remarkably responsive. I cannot say enough great things about this company. If you are considering a new install or upgrading your current system, these are the people to contact.
