Andy responded on a late night weekend call to help stop alarming after a power outage. The office called the next business day to schedule a repair call (Andy again). Very knowledgable.

We had a very positive experience with Ultra Guard. Scheduling was quick and easy and they showed up on time for the schedule appointment. The work was quick and professional and at a fair price. The install tech also took some extra time to explain how things work and wrote down some key notes for future reference.

We moved to Chevy Chase MD. I contacted three different security companies. By far Ultra Guard Security was the best. Andy was very knowable about security systems and not pushy at all. If looking for security system give them a call. You will be pleased.

Excellent home security provider. I should have switched to them much sooner. They were responsive and professional and helpful at a much higher level than old company. Very accessible and what I liked alot was that they were not some huge conglomerate. You call to ask a question and you get a human instantly. The sales rep, Andy, was so wonderful about answering all my questions and making accomodations accordingly for our setup. I wish I could remember the name of the alarm installer and their office manager too, so I could shout out to them as well! And they are HALF the price annually compared to the previous company who kept jacking the price up and had rude sales people. Really annoyed I didn't switch earlier. A couple other people in our neighborhood use Ultra Guard too, and they are the ones who raved about them when I asked about how they liked their service. I really can't say enough good things about them. Don't hesitate. Switch as soon as you can.

They finish all the system check. Some are needs up grade. hope they arrange fixer as soon as possible.

A lightning strike caused our security system to become non-functional. UGSS assessed the system, replaced the main unit, control panels, door sensors, cameras and checked that the wiring and sensors worked througout the house. UGSS sent out Andy to do the original assessment and then the first replacement visit. Due to the severity of the problem, multiple visits were necessary, which we agreed was appropriate. Andy did an awesome job with the installation and programming and taught us how to operate the new system. The remaining visits when similarly as well and we are happy with the work performed, the attitudes of the installers, and the site preservation/clean up. Ordering and scheduling through the main office was accurate and the team left informative voice mails when they couldn't reach us. Only suggestion we would make is to follow up directly with the office if you make a request of the technician. Between appointments, we realized that the technician had not remembered to let the office know of an additional item we needed to be ordered. It took longer then to complete the full job.

There was one mechanical hic-cup that was corrected quickly. This company responds to any problem very quickly. I am very satisfied with the on going service.

They are always very responsive I have had 2 other companies Always notified by email with regards to arming and disRming. Service is very personal and they ensure that their equipment fulfills all your needs but also don't allow you to overdo unnecessarily

Completely checked security system. Last contact was in response to smoke alarm in house due to spillage in oven.

The price was very competitive (the best quote I received) and the system has worked perfectly since the installation. I have never had to call them for any problems. They did a great job!!!

I've used UltraGuard for over 30 years and they have always been there for me if I had any problems. Either Fred or Andy calls me back immediately and usually come to my house or business the same day. We had a break-in in our business and Andy repaired and replaced all of the equipment that the intruder broke the next morning. The thief thought by smashing my alarm system, that would stop it from contacting the police...but my sophisticated alarm system did and the police caught him red-handed. I am so glad I was able to watch the thief on my iPhone with my Internet camera all throughout my business. Everything was recorded! Did I mention how pleasant it is to deal with Fred or Andy? Super nice guys!

It was a pleasure dealing with this company...no hype, no scare techniques..very professional and easy to work with. We had dealt with a company before that morphed into two other companies and ended up being a very large company and we were not particularly happy. Ultra Guard Security Systems provides more personal service and frankly we have had no problems with our system. The monthly(billed quarterly)charge for monitoring is a little more expensive than we were paying to the previous provider but we feel that our comfort in dealing with Ultra Guard is worth it.

They have always been professional, on time and routinely worked with me to create a strong, practical and cost effective system for each house and situation. I have required very few service calls over the years. The last call was for a backup battery alarm signal. They responded the next day and fixed the problem with no expense to me. This is a small business that prides itself on being responsive to its customers. I have only had to contact them twice - neither about equipment, but a complex schedule I wanted to set up during prolonged absences - and they were remarkably responsive. I cannot say enough great things about this company. If you are considering a new install or upgrading your current system, these are the people to contact.
