Description of Work: Shopped around and read reviews for an alarm company in late 2012 before we went with Ultra Guard. We have been very happy with our choice.

Description of Work: A new software and hardware upgrade was provided for my system. This upgrade was done quickly and professionally as usual. I have had Ultra Guard systems in two houses over the last 15 or so years. I have had excellent service and very quick response on the few occasions I have had an issue. The system has been extremely reliable over the years and I am very happy with Ultra Guard.

Description of Work: We have been using Ultra Guard for 1 1/2 years. They installed our system and we do our ongoing monitoring through them. They are pros. The installation was done neatly and respectfully of our newly renovated home. Anna is so responsive and helpful with any questions I have. The pricing was very competitive too. We had several estimates done and I'm happy that we chose UG.

Description of Work: I've used Ultraguard Security for 20+ years at my home, my daughter's home and my 4 offices. Over the years they have grown their business but still give very personal service. They are easy to contact at all times which is essential for a security company. Many of their employees have worked for the company for a very long time which says a lot about how they operate.

Description of Work: Excellent service and teaching. Staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. Cost is average for this part of the country.

Description of Work: Ultra Guard took over our former contractor's business. Actually, the owners of Ultra Guard said they did not even know they were being given the customer base. They have honored previous promises and inspected our system and undertaken maintenance. We haven't needed them since, but they were very responsive in the turnover.

Description of Work: Upgraded alarm panel, replaced broken window and motion sensors, replaced 10 year old smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. All work was completed in a neat and workmanlike manner and in less than the estimated time.

Description of Work: We were moving and replaced two sliding doors. They needed to reset the alarm sensors on two sets of doors. They arrived on time and quickly did the job.

Description of Work: They are very helpful, responsive with questions and help out whenever they can without having to send someone out if possible.

Description of Work: I have used Ultra Guard through their various corporate changes from Myer Emco to the current Ultra Guard. They provide good service at a decent price. They are a bit slow to respond to non-security incident calls, but they know what they're doing and are easy to work with.

Description of Work: Not many companies deal with or understand how to work with hard wired systems. We had added new features and alarms to our existing alarm system. Our original system is hard wired and needed to be be compatible with wireless because we remodelled our home and installed 24 new windows.

Description of Work: They installed our security system many years ago and have always been responsive and helpful and professional when we contact them or vice versa. No matter how simple the question on system operation, they are great.

Description of Work: Ultra Guard (originally Proline) installed our security system approximately 20 years ago then upgraded the system a couple of years ago when new windows were installed. My wife and I have been extremely happy with the product and service Fred Gray and company have provided us over the last 20 years. We wouldn't think of going to anyone else for our home security needs.

Description of Work: I contracted this service back on 1997 and have had them as my monitoring system since. They are very good with what they do. Never had problem and all my questions and repairs were done on time. It is an expensive service but I do feel more secure.

After 1 year one of the window units started giving out false alarms.They had to come to the house several times; we had to pay because warranty had expired. When they finally changed the type of unit we paid for the unit only. |They respond fast and are punctual w/their appointments.
