Description of Work: Fred Gray from Ultraguard installed the security system in our home when we remodelled it in 1994 - while the company was getting started and before the company became UltraGuard. He carefully assessed our needs and put in place a system that has met our needs and functioned effectively for many years. On an ongoing basis provides us with peace of mind knowing that the Ultraguard team is 'watching over our home' whether we are home or away. Whenever our alarm goes off (usually 'human error' on our end, their call center calls promptly to be certain we are okay. If there is any question about it not being a false alarm they stay on phone with us until can be clarified. When/if we have an issue with the system at odd hours - which is not very often (once every year or two), including on the weekend or at night - eg battery or power outage- it is often Fred who returns our call to help with trouble shooting. We think of him as the 'Maytag man' of our security system. All of the members of the team are professional, efficient and courteous. Would strongly recommend UltraGuard as a strong candidate to meet your home security system needs based on our experience over so many years.
