They did a very good job. I have no idea how their price would compare with others. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

This company was extremely professional and I have already recommended them to my neighbors. Care of trees sent an arborist to discuss our needs, field our questions, and provide an estimate. Within 2 weeks, they sent a large work team in the early morning hours with up to date equipment, QUIETLY completed the work, and thoroughly cleaned up. They were friendly, professional, and accomodating, even helped with a small task not on the list! Care of Trees is a GEM--use them when you can! [I contrast the service we received with recent experiences by adjacent neighbors after the hurricane. They used another service--with noisy and inconsiderate workers dropping down tree limbs and leaves (and then themselves) into our back yard without discussion or prenotification.]

It took them a long time to finish the job. It took seven weeks to finish the job. They did a great job at the work. I was not pleased with the salesman who would not return my calls. I would recommend them and would use them again.

I have used them a couple of times and have spent a total of $2000 with them. They are professional and know what they are doing. They are just very good at what they do and the price is reasonable. They wanted the work; when you call them, they call you back.

We had them come and help us take care of some oak trees that looked unhappy as we wanted them to be happy. We were very pleased with them. They were great and we will use them again in the future.

The arborist who came seemed very knowledgeable. The price was better than the other place. The overall job experience was great. They came when they were supposed to come and they did all their work. They cleaned up all the branches and everything. There was nothing that was damaged which is unusual. It was good and it cost us $2300. I think we will use their services again.

Arborist they sent to consult was helpful and arrived 15 minutes ahead of scheduled time. We spent 30 minutes looking at trees on the property. He answered my questions and suggested things I should do including trimming but did not push having his company perform the work. In the end he asked what I'd like to do and, when I said fertilization, didn't offer anything else...something I appreciated.

The arborist gave us an estimate for removing a large tree. The estimate and the costs were a match. The crew arrived on time and removed the tree. We asked for firewood to be left. They left the entire tree trunk and all major limbs in very large pieces. I was told by the crew that if they removed the wood, there would be an extra charge because I had asked for firewood. Several shrubs were damaged in the process of the removal. The arborist came out again and said that there would be no charge for the removal of the wood. I did not pursue reimbursement for the shrubs. A crew came out and removed much of the wood. We hired someone to split the rest. If we had been informed about what "firewood" would look like, we could have had one trip instead of three. I have used this company on two other occasions. The crews are professional and competent. In all but one instance, they arrived on schedule. In one case, the workman did not bring adequate chemicals for the treatment so had to return a second time. The arborist is outstanding - personable, helpful knowledgeable. The first week in April, the crew arrived so late that we had to tell them to stop the work because we were expecting guests. The office staff is different than the crews. I have found the office personnel to be abrupt and not helpful. In early April, I called the office in the early afternoon to inquire about a crew that was scheduled to arrive in the morning. When I asked when I might expect them to arrive, I was told, "I have no idea." This is my idea of good service. It is neither a helpful nor a courteous response. Because of the excellent and competent crews and the arborist, I would recommend this company. I do so with reservations because of the office staff.

all i had to was call - they came and sprayed when I wasn't home - and NO crazy caterpillar infestation! They contacted me again a year later to schedule the yearly service, so I didn't have to remember. I am very happy with their service and plan to use them yearly for as long as I live in this house.

It has turned out very well. They are every reliable. They do a god job. They are professional. They know the business. The know trees and lawn. They know exactly how to go about it. There are a lot of people in the tree field that do not know what they are doing and Davey tree does.

They were very responsive and had good prices. The staff was good. They don't destroy the place when they're trying to do the work. I'd recommend them to anybody. I went to five companies and chose them.

The tree had fell during a storm. They are very reasonable, and they do a good job. I have compared them to others, and they are very well priced.

They were awesome. They came out and sent a certified arborist, which was helpful. They spent a long time talking about each tree with me. They were in the middle of the three estimates I got. They were expedient. They were really good about coming out quickly to take care of hte branches. They are very knowledgeable about what they do.

They did a good job for me and they were also early.

They have done the lawn application service for the last couple of years. The price varied from $35-$150 based on the service they did. They by far beat everybody's estimate for trees. They were really knowledgeable about what we needed to do for the trees.

They had come out when they said they would, and did the work professionally. They had also cleaned up after themselves. They were great.

Expensive. But every member of the team was polite and professional. They really made an effort to please - and did a great job cleaning up the front and back yards afterward. I recommended them to a friend who also was very pleased with the experience.

They seem to do the work well. They are very good about sending out newsletters about the time of year and things that you should be watching out for, for you trees. The trees are still standing, so I feel they did a good job.

The Arborist that comes around to do the estimates has been with them for years. They always show up on time and work pretty efficiently. The Arborists all seem very knowledgeable. They do pretty good cleanup and I will continue to use them.

They have always been efficient and timely. When they said they were going to be here, they came out on time. When they had someone come out to look at the trees, they were very efficient. They may be a little more expensive then other companies that do the same work. We have even recommended them to other people.

I go to Care of Trees because of the quality of work. They follow up and have great customer service when you call. They come when they say they are going to and finish when they say the work will be done. I'll continue to use them.

They sprayed some of my trees. I called them. They showed up the same day and sprayed the same day. Their prices were reasonable.

What I ecspecially liked is that they recomended an outside firm to preform a test on one of our trees to determine if there was extensive root damage. Because it was an outside company, there would have been no conflict of intrest and because of this they got our respect. We are going to go ahead and have them preform some routine maintenence on our trees, that we haven't scheduled yet.

The work went well. They were good, helpful and responsive. They went above and beyond their duty to help us with the problem. We were staying right in the border and don't know which rules apply.

The work was fine. They called the gas company and took care of everything.
