Description of Work: They replaced two skylights. They were prompt, courteous, neat, and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.

Description of Work: New gutters installed. Good price, good service, showed up when they said and did what they said. Responsible and good to deal with.

Description of Work: Replaced three skylights. Two of the skylights had already been replaced but they were leaking. |Think Shanco was the best at diagnosing the problem and fixing it. They arrive on time and so far all is well...no leaking.

Description of Work: Evaluation of our roof for a potential leak was done. The scheduling was very prompt and the staff was very professional and courteous. Dan came out to check our roof. As it turned out no immediate work was necessary but we were given an honest assessment without being pushed to do unneeded work. I would absolutely call them again when it is time for gurus repairs or replacements.

Description of Work: Replaced my roof and gutters. It has gone fine. Just waiting for warmer weather to make sure shingles settle correctly. I told them why I haven't paid the full amount yet, and they seemed fine with waiting until we are fully satisfied. |They have been very responsive, completed the work and kept me informed about stuff. The company seemed very professional and they seemed to have the best overall product and guarantees.

Description of Work: Replaced defective section of gutter on back portion of house. Matched old color perfectly. Can't really judge price as I never had this done before but seemed fair.

Description of Work: The contractor had to return to fix the problem after the initial visit but the seem to have fixed the problem and we have been very happy with the other work they have done for us. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality contractor. The B rating only applies to the fact that they had to come back, otherwise they are an A contractor.

Description of Work: Roof and gutter replacement. All contact on the phone with office staff, the estimator who priced the job and the crew that performed the work was excellent. They were very responsive, timely and cordial. After the conclusion of the job they sent us a gift in the mail which was a nice finishing touch on an enjoyable experience.

Description of Work: Replaced the roof of our house and shed. It was the most thorough, punctual and professionally presented response to our request for an estimate of the five roofers we contacted. The price was competitive. Information was prompt and complete as well as without issue at all stages, including a thank you note and gift from them after the job was completed. All work was done as contracted for and they were great. Just great at every point of the process.

Description of Work: They replaced the "skirts" around the base of several exhaust pipes on the roof which were cracked, re-flashed and re-did the tiles surrounding the pipes. They arrived a couple hours early which wasn't a problem since I was home anyway. As it turned out, the pipes they re-did were not the only ones that needed doing, and they are coming back to deal with those. The problem was that the estimate was made from the ground and not by going on the roof itself, so they didn't pick up all the pipes that needed work.
