Over the winter our heat stopped working. We called them and they were able to come out within a few hours. The reason I gave a B for the price was the part that we needed to fix it at that time was quiet expensive and ended up costing us $800 to fix. But, when you don't have heat, you can't be choosy! They are very punctual and when you need them, they're here. You get what you pay for with them. We will continue to use them for future service.

They were very easy to work with. They were very prompt, they answered all my questions. They cleaned up their mess and they were on time, they were perfect. They did the job.

As always, this technician was, as all others have been, prompt, competent, and professional in his attitude.

I agreed to service plan after I called this company & had a great tech come to check out our A/C. He told us that if we requested him, he will be the person to come do our annual maintenance. So I called the number, made an appointment for later that week, & requested the tech guy. I specifically asked for him. I asked for them to call before they arrived. Well, I never did get a call before someone rang the door bell & it was NOT the tech guy that I requested. He was not as nice & less professional. He did not put on the booties (not a big deal). When checking out the furnace, he had trouble finding the tools in his bag. He even said that he did not have one of the special tools (a mirror or camera) to check for cracks that he usually uses. It was disappointing.

This was the company who originally installed the unit a few years ago. We are a very loyal customer of theirs. They treat our home with a lot of respect. I appreciate that they take care to put on disposable booties to walk in my house, so as not to dirty the floors.

We have used them in the past and have liked their service. We needed someone fast because it was in the middle of a heat wave. They came out the same day we called and did a super job. They were very reasonably priced.

Disaster. They ruined the heat pump they were supposed to repair (allowed a small problem to become enormous) and the five ton air conditioner they put in failed after two plus years and charged me over $1000 to fix it despite it being under warranty. This year I had to pay almost $400 to put in new refrigerant because the repair men who installed the new compressor did not tighten the fill valves so it emptied out. Absolutely incompetent.

Overall, the work was performed very well. As well as I can judge since I know nothing about these things. Pete came to our house on Saturday to give us an estimate to replace the broken furnace. We had no desire to do the repair that Parker Pearce estimated would be needed (by the way they came out on a very rainy night at 8:30pm when no one else would). We made a decision to replace everything since the currents systems were 18 and 17 years old (Parker Pearce had done the A/C when they were A.J.Pearce 17 years ago). They arrived on time to do the work on the following Tuesday. They worked until 7 pm. They cleaned up after themselves. There was a problem with a part in the Trane furnace. They would no take payment until the part was replaced. They came back the next day to replace the bad part. The furnace seems to be doing a great job. We have not had an opportunity to use the A/C yet.

Workers were very polite, on time, and answered questions patiently and thoroughly. We have an annual service maintenance agreement to service the A/C and Furnace annually with the company and have been very pleased.

An unusually good experience. The salesman showed up exactly on time and was extremely straightforward, knowledgeable, and informative (We set up interviews with 7 companies, 3 of whom simply never showed up, and one of whom came to look at our system but never delivered an estimate.) The price was competitive. They set up a date to perform the work within days (the other two companies needed a few weeks), which was quite nice since we were in a heat wave. The workers showed up precisely on time, and did the work exactly as it was described. They were polite and informative, and cleaned up afterward. There was a minor problem with the air conditioner, which they came out immediately to fix, and did fix. Again, they were on time and courteous. I would definitely recommend them. A contractor who does what they say they will do is amazing.

I've used this company for over 25 years, so I would not be inclined to go anywhere else. Generally, I have been happy with Parker Pearce (but I was happier when it was Pearce alone!). On this particular job, there were a few issues that limit my full 100% endorsement ... for example (1) The salesman downsized the furnace capacity, without telling me and without lowering the price (but I caught the different model number before signing the contract and this problem was fixed). (2) They showed up without all the parts having been delivered, wasting a half day. (3) They re-used some beat up ductwork instead of replacing it (my wife does not like the look), and (4) they did a sloppy job on the drain line for the air conditioner (but I told them about it and they fixed it). Overall ... nice guys, punctual, good equipment, long standing presence, responsive to concerns... but I felt that I had to stay alert and watch out for shortcuts.

We've used them since 2003 and are very happy with them. They come when they say and always are competent. I trust their advice. I'm planning to use them again soon to replace our water heater.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY GOOD, AND I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT WHEN I CALLED THEM. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE. THE WORK WAS DONE IN THE RIGHT TIME FRAME.

I HAVE USED THEM FOR TWENTY-FIVE YEARS, THEY SERVICED THE OLD FURNACE AND INSTALLED THE NEW ONE. THEY SHOW UP WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL. THEY TRY TO SEND THE SAME TECH EVERY TIME, SO I FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE WITH THEM.
