Description of Work: Installed a air filtration system on furnace. Since I didn't cost compare, I only gave them a C rating on price. I have a service contract with them, so it was just easier to have them do the work.

We told him about the humidifier didn't seem to not work properly the past winter. He replaced filter and checked water flow. So far this winter it has worked perfectly. |

Description of Work: We had both of our carrier air-conditioning units serviced and a couple parts replaced.

Description of Work: Annual air conditioner maintenance check. Service man was on time, very neat and explained what he had checked and adjustments he had made. He reported that the equipment was in excellent condition.

Description of Work: They installed a new heat pump in April of 2014. I have been trying ever since to collect the manufacturer's rebate that was promised at the time. I finally received this in January of 2015. The work was fine, though overpriced. In general have not been overly happy with Parker Pearce over the years. When they come to service my heating/cooling equipment, they do not have caze notes, even though they have been coming for 15 years; they usually do not bring the right parts, either.

Description of Work: Replaced gas hot water heater. In chexking others' prices I see I was ripped off. Then they engaged in huge fear mongering to get us to buy a boiler from them for $7000. I've sinve begun getting estimates in the $4,000 range. #ripoff #sickofit

Description of Work: I have been on their service contract for several years. It takes a long time to get an appointment for them to tune up the heater or a/c, it usually ends up being mid-season. I used to get reminders, but I had them take my off the system because the automatic robo-call would remind me almost on a daily basis! So now I get no reminders at all. Sigh. |Most annoying, when they come out they ALWAYS try to sell me a new something or other. They've been looking at my a/c unit for five years now, and it's ALWAYS "about to go", better replace it right now. I just don't really trust them anymore as to the actual state of my system. The tune-ups are fine, though. |When I DID get a new water heater I ended up getting one installed through a competitor (Flow Rite) because it was cheaper and they could do it sooner.
