Description of Work: The estimate for air duct cleaning was $2,100. The technician said there was mold in the ducts. I got someone else to do the job.

Customer, We're very sorry to hear about your experience. However, I think there's a confusion since we have no record of such incident. The last order we have from you is from September 8, 2012 for $189 which includes cleaning a sofa and loveseat with protectant. Besides we never give air duct cleaning prices of this amount. We have an airduct cleaning special thru a sister company for $250 which includes 13 vents, 2 air returns and the main system. Depending on the type of house (townhouse or single) the final price may range between $300-500 max depending on the size of the home. Therefore, based on your description it was definately not us. Let me explain. Chem-Dry is a nationwide franchise with independent franchises operating in the U.S and all over the world. Therefore, I think you used another Chem-Dry Franchisee in your area since we have no record of your name or address. I would advise you to go to www.****.com and click where it says "find your local chem-dry". Put your zipcode and then you will get a list of franchisees operating in your city. This way you will probably remember which one you used. Once you find them, you can resubmit a new complaint under their business name and not ours. Also keep in mind that there are quite a few companies posing as chem-dry and do airduct cleaning. These companies are affecting the Chem-Dry brand name by providing this kind of deservice to customers. We would appreciate if you remove this complaint from our profile since we had nothing to do with this. Description of Work: I specifically called them because they advertised pet urine stain removal. When the technician arrived, I was told that he could not satisfactorily perform that service because he needed darkness to use UV light to locate the stains. (My living room has no curtains on the windows.) He put solution on two areas that I knew were affected. He also told me that the solution would lift the urine smell and that things would smell worse before they got better. I would have appreciated knowing all of this BEFORE he arrived, as I was hosting a large party two days later. The cost was nearly double what I was expecting because of the pet stain treatment. I give them a mediocre rating because they need to disclose their services upfront.

Description of Work: OMEGA HAS DONE MY ENTRY HALL CARPET AND 2 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS. i HAVE USED THEM 3 DIFFERENT TIMES AND PLAN TO USE THEEM AGAIN. tHESE AREAS ARE HEAV TRAFFIC SPACE AND A CHALLENGE TO KEEP CLEAN. I AM AMAZED THAT THEY ARE ABLE TO RESTORE THE APPEARANCE EACH TIME. IT IS NOT AN OVERLY LONG PRPCEDRE WITH MINIMUM INCONVENIERCE TO THE FAMILY.
