Description of Work: This contractor was hired to paint the trim on an end unit townhouse. The contractor arrived on time and went right to work. I have not issue with the quality of the painting or the price. I was disappointed that the scrapings of the old paint was not well collected. Also, after the contractor left, I noticed that a paint can was obviously knocked over, as there was a puddle of paint in the back yard. Probably a minor mistake, but notification of the error should have been relayed to me before the contractor left. Other wise, I would likely use this vendor again.

Description of Work: They painted the exterior of our rowhouse, including brick and wooden siding with peeling paint. They were prompt and efficient, the price was very reasonable, and the house looks great.

+ 0 moreThis is the second time that I have used the services of Mr Paintbrush and his team. Both times I have gotten a quality job for a reasonable price. Phone calls are always returned promptly. Mr Paintbrush does an initial visit to discuss the work, the cost, and the schedule. The team, including Mr Paintbrush and two additional painters, was always prompt, professional, and courteous. I would definitely have them do any future painting that I have.
Description of Work: Painted 3 rooms, 1 foyer, 2 hallways, and stairway inside including all wood trim on baseboard and 6 windows; painted trim on 4 second floor windows and garage door outside. Two of the rooms required removal of old grasscloth before priming and painting. Whole job took 3-4 days with 3 people.

+ -1 moreVery positive experience. The company was doing work for a neighbor who recommended him highly because of the quality of the work. I asked for an estimate which he provided within a day. The actual work was scheduled and performed within a couple of weeks. When he started the work, I expanded the original scope to include some additional painting. Some of the additional work was done during the initial visit, the rest was added to the schedule within a week. I would hire Mr Paintbrush again and recommend him to others. He is easy to deal with; he cares about the quality of his work, and offers a fair price.
