Description of Work: Had no heat. They set me up right away, tech was on time, called ahead, had the right part on the truck, replaced the bad part, cleaned another one to avoid another problem. Real nice guy. Part wasn't cheap, but none of them are. All in all went very well. Good people.

Description of Work: We had Michael Bonsby give us an estimate on replacing one of our furnace and AC systems. We had been using them for the past year to do seasonal maintenance on the units. Their salesperson was knowledgeable, fair, and very pleasant to deal with - no heavy sales pressure. Their price was comparable to some other estimates we got but we chose them based on our positive experience with them over the past year. They were quick to schedule and get our new furnace installed. We continue to use them for our service contract. They've been a good company to deal with.
