Description of Work: JW Home Improvement tore out the wire shelves from my pantry. I used the pantry in my house as a starting point to replace a lot of the wire shelving that comes standard in houses. It is functional, but not very sturdy. JW Home Improvement painted the interior walls of the pantry, and installed plywood shelves that look fantastic. In addition, since there is so much unused space at the top of the pantry, JW Home Improvement also installed a half-length shelf for some additional storage space in an already small pantry.

Description of Work: I wasn't impressed with the man who came to review the work that needed to be done. The cost he estimated to have the deck repaired was more expensive than replacing the entire deck, both levels. He also made me feel that if the repairs were done the way I was told they could be done by other companies, then I was going to be doing them "half-a**". I rarely do things halfway and didn't appreciate the way I was treated that day. Thankfully we were able to get the issue resolved another way and not with JW.
