Description of Work: The price they advertise in Angie's list is a bait & is just for consulting and not for the actual work. If the advertisement is clear and what the charge is for I would not have bought the deal. Hope Angies's list does a better job and other subscribers won't feel cheated.

When it comes to Angie’s List Deals, you are purchasing man hours which go towards your projects. We normally charge our rate of $106 per-man-hour plus materials, and have a four hour minimum for all of our jobs. Our four hour minimum is waived if you purchased one of those deal as well as our normal $50 estimate fee. You are certainly able to get only four hours of work done. Any deals purchased through Angie's are considered the minimum. We can send a technician to complete the amount of time purchased with that deal, however there is no guarantee that all work will be completed in that time frame. We can complete as much as we can but once that deal has been fulfilled, we can stop work and leave as is or we can continue to work, upon your approval and awareness that a $106 will be billed thereafter. It is our goal to provide world class service to our customers with a seamless process from start to finish. Description of Work: I purchased the big deal for $74 for up to 2 Hours of Exterior General Carpentry Work. My experience did not go well because the technician was more interested in giving me quotes on future work than actually doing what needed to be done. Scheduling did not go well and it took awhile for him to even come out to assess the work. They were very busy.
