J&W was responsive and easy to work with, the contractors they sent were professional, did great work, and went above and beyond to communicate issues. Price was high but I guess you get what you pay for.

Once again prove themselves professional and efficient. Jeff got all the work I need.

Technician went above and beyond, identifying an issue with a bathroom pipe nearby and correcting it at the same time to head off future troubles without costing us an extra trip or work order. JW always seems pretty flexible to address our needs. I can't say their quotes are always rock bottom every time, but their prices are roughly competitive, fair, and always very transparent. And I'm always sure they can find a way to get a job done. Even if I have 3-4 unrelated jobs at the same time, they send someone who can do them all in one trip.

It was a tough job because the hardwood was glued to the concrete slab. Justin was adept at what he needed to do and the job was smoothly completed. We are very happy with the result. Prompt, efficient and caring service.

I have hired JWHI a couple of times before and they did great work. Their prices are not the lowest, but if you want the work done right the first time, they are the best. Alberto and Javier were an excellent and professional team. Alberto worked with me to prioritize the work involving gutter and drywall repairs and power washing. He offered excellent suggestions and communicated well throughout the project. While Javier was working inside on drywall repair he pointed out an area that appeared to have water damage. He was correct, and Alberto's master diagnostic skills found the source of one leak and then further testing uncovered another. I had another company make drywall repairs a couple of years ago, but they never looked for the source of the problem. The work done by Alberto and Javier was outstanding.

Project went smoothly, on time, and in line with estimate. Results are fabulous. Technicians were punctual, neat, kept me fully informed on the project, and even asked if I needed anything when I wasn't feeling well. I'd gladly have these gentlemen back to do work on my home in the future. (Note: Cost of 11k includes materials.) (Picture is of new ceiling & light fixture).

The technician -- Angelo -- arrived on time, clearly knew what he needed to do, was efficient, and very friendly. Also, the staff in the office were very easy to work with, and were good about keeping me informed of the schedule for my work. I will certainly go back to JW for additional work.

Daryll Hoffman, the technician assigned from JWHI, arrived at the scheduled time, quickly assessed the work requirements and began work promptly. He made recommendations/options for materials in order to enhance the look of the repairs. I was very please with the completed projects.

Apolo and America showed up promptly and explained exactly what they would be doing. They were careful with my belongings, did a complete cleanup at the end of the job and left me with a ceiling that was repaired, repainted and looks like new.

The estimator, Josh, showed up on time and did a thorough job of explaining what would be done. The two workers (Thomas and Juan) showed up on time and worked diligently to make the required repairs. I was very pleased with the quality of their work and their pleasant attitude.

Excellently, from the original estimate (very clearly explained in terms of costs, time and cost structure) to the excellent team of Cesar and Luis who performed the work beautifully and on time (finishing a bit earlier than we thought it would take, actually.) We would rehire JW in an instant for future work, highly recommended.
