This is the third time we've had JW do work on our house and we've been extremely happy each time. This time we had vinyl plank flooring laid and several handyman projects that we just never got around to. Alejandro and Alfredo were professional, courteous, and consistently checked in with us as the work was being performed to ensure we were happy. We will definitely hire JW again in the future.

the work was done to a high standard of quality, in less time than estimated. Technician Martin was on-time, courteous, thorough. Estimator Josh communicated clearly about labor rate, time, and billing.

Excellent, were able to salvage existing bath faucet.

Ceiling leak, General Handyman services

The crew that came did an excellent job! The were extremely nice, knowledgeable, and professional. They then left the area so clean to the point that there were no traces that they were even there. I would highly recommend this company.

Jeff Dahlgren of JW went above/beyond to get our list of jobs done on time, at price and with great quality. Some of the jobs were harder than they looked in the estimate but that didn't phase Jeff. We will use JW and Jeff again.

The handyman, Thomas Matamoros, was wonderful. In fact, he is more than a handyman; he is a craftsman! The completed work was within the estimate given by the owner, Jesse Wertjes. We were particularly please with how will Thomas cleaned up after himself.

Job was completed early. I appreciate that they had me check the work before they left. Painting was done neatly. They left everything clean and neat when they left. I also appreciate that I had the option of buying supplies myself.

It went pretty well. Good spackle job on walls.

Our second floor ceilings were starting to fall down (neighbors already fell). We had them screw in the ceilings in three bedrooms and the hall as well as fix large vertical cracks in several rooms. They put screws in the ceilings a foot apart along all the joists. After they mudded and painted, the repairs are so clean you cannot even tell where they patched. I will admit they were not our cheapest bid but I am very glad we went with them.

JW Home Improvement exceeded our expectations on the work they have completed on our house. The craftsman (Chris) arrived on time, confirmed the work needed, departed to obtain the materials. Returned with the materials and worked the remainder of the day. At the end of each day, he completed a thorough cleanup and informed us of his expected arrival for the next day. Chris is outstanding in his trade. His work was very precise and he paid attention details. No wasted material. Although the estimate was for 5 days, the project was completed in 3. We are very pleased with the outcome of this project and look forward to working with JW Home Improvement again.

J.W. Home improvement came out and did a thorough analysis and estimate of the various projects we needed addressed. They scheduled the work to start a couple weeks out, and they were able to start a day early. We had 2 fabulous workers at the house 8-10 hours a day. The quality of their work was superior, and they were able to complete all the work in far less time than estimated, mostly due to their efficient use of time. They communicated with us every day to ensure we were on the same page with everything. Even though all the work was outdoors, they wore face masks all the time. Great company, great workers.

The estimate ended up being lower than the actual cost, but I am confident that the work was of great quality and the project was finished on time. We were very impressed with Jeff Dahlgren and enjoyed working with him.

Everything was an excellent experience. The technician, Thomas M., was a home-run for the painting and went above & beyond to ensure a media console installation was installed correctly despite faulty parts from the manufacturer.

I was very pleased with the quality of the work done and the professional manner of the two workers to maintain safe environments for them as well as for me.

We had some floorboards buckle in our basement due to an unknown source of water. Jeff Dahlgren was fantastic and very helpful in helping us figure out the problem and his repairs were great (after having to dig up concrete and cap off a mysterious open pipe that came out of nowhere). He also did some other things (repairing drywall, installing new fixture and faucet), was on time, professional, clean, and friendly. It's really hard to work in a home wearing a mask and keeping things clean and tidy during pandemic, minimizing disturbance for kids in virtual school, and we really appreciate that.

Professional, respectful and courteous. Work was outstanding and I have high confidence that a badly leaking large window is now leak-free. Several other odd jobs and all of it done with efficiency. I'm so pleased. Will definitely use JWHI in the future. Highly recommend. In fact, I just recommended them to a neighbor.

The team -- Kevin Juares (project mgr) and Soren Cierra were terrific! On time; great communications in terms of what their daily plan was, what challenges were coming up, response to my questions/concerns; excellent quality of work, very efficient and also friendly and responsible. In our initial consultation, we agreed it might be possible to simply replace a 3 yard square of ceiling plaster that was coming down, but might be necessary to do the whole thing. That turned out to be the case but the team was clear in showing me why their efforts to do the small piece were not working. Their work on taking the ceiling down and re-doing it was efficient and high quality. A great experience all around!
