Description of Work: The old driveway was removed and replaced. The work was performed as agreed with care and professionalism. The driveway has performed as promised without any problems throughout the winter. Care was taken to insure the correct slope was achieved to keep water away from the house.

Description of Work: Patched and paved my very large circular driveway, which had severe cracking and one large section that was thin and sunk and totally cracked. They were thorough and careful and the driveway looks terrific. They did the work methodically, jackhammering out sections that needed to be removed, laying down a base layer where it was too thin, and then putting on a new surface layer. I'm very happy with the results.

Description of Work: We recommended Stanley paving to our neighbors, it was total re-do paving job and they expanded the driveway as well... did an excellent job and our neighbors are very pleased. | Last year ( Spring of 2013) Stanley paving did a job in Garrett Park for us... same thing... excellent work ... dealt w/us and w/the client... made sure the drainage area was done correctly and cost was reasonable .

Description of Work: He sealed our largish driveway. Did a very nice job. Driveway was long overdue for a sealing, so price may reflect that. Had a couple of delays due to weather, but we were able to coordinate the work finally.

Description of Work: Mike, (Jim's son) came to do the estimate on time , explained all options in depth, and provided me with any/ all references. After checking a couple of job sites, I was impressed, and signed a contract for a new driveway. The job date was perfect for me, although weather can really mess up the scheduling, I was lucky to get the day I picked. (don't count on this). The work was very professional, and I invite anyone to see the quality first hand. I did get at least 3 other estimates in the past year and now certainly HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jim Stanley Asphalt. PS Angies list was also a contributing factor with his rating!

Stanley came out, gave us recommendations of what needed to be done and presented us with a proposal/estimate to complete the job. When proposal/agreement was signed, they gave us a date and time table to complete the project-which was less then a day and a half. Great job-driveway looks wonderful. Would definitely recommend Stanley.

They showed up on time and completed the task as agreed. They were careful and considerate. I would recommend them highly if you need to replace your asphalt driveway.

Got estimate within hours (they happened to be working in my area that day); price was about what I expected to pay and after calls to other companies (less responsive by far!), scheduled work for the same week. The crew and owner arrived on time, worked steadily and neatly, did all work as promised with great attention to detail & finishing of the surface. Couldn't have been better.
Description of Work: Re-paved our deteriorated asphalt driveway; cut & dug out intruding roots; dug old layers to improve grade & drainage; replaced with new asphalt & matched surface level with existing concrete apron.
