Neither of the women spoke very much English, which he had warned me about prior. The one thing I really had a problem with, is that the two women talked back and forth the entire time they were here. They never once stopped. I had specifically asked them to wipe down my cherry wood kitchen cabinets and they missed that. I also have hardwood floors and I have specific cleaner I gave them to use, and if they did clean it they missed a few spots. In my half bath they did not do the mirror at all. The way the service works, if they don't hear from me, they will come out again in 4 weeks. I couldn't communicate what I wanted them to go back and redo or touch on because of the language issue. They did the main level and also the upstairs. If they come the next time, I'm afraid it will be the same amount of money, but I wouldn't need them to do the upstairs area every time. They did an OK job, quality wise, but I'm not sure if I would use them again due to the main issue of the constant chattering, which I didn't think was professional.

Excellent, very thorough, on time, crew of two work quickly, have had service for over 10 years. Price is for a monthly cleaning. Never a complaint.

We have been using their services for about the past 10 years. Their rates are very good compared to the rest in the area, and the quality of the work is great. The crews have changed over the years, but the quality of the work is always the same. I have them come on a biweekly basis. The cost is $80 for the biweekly service.

Their prices are fairly reasonable and they do a nice job. They're very responsive about requests.

The owner is fabulous and he works with clients very well. He is extremely flexible and accommodating with scheduling. If I have called with complaints he responds right away and fixes the issue. I also feel like they are inexpensive compared to a lot of other services around the area. The team that comes to my home is pretty perfunctory, they do their job and they do nothing more. I am more loyal to the company because of their customer service and because of the owner. The receptionist and the customer service staff is always so nice and responsive to any problems I have called them about. They've also been very accommodating with my schedule, and for that I am very thankful.

The thing I like the best is that they are very reliable and flexible. They send out the same crew each time, and it is normally one or two employees. They get the job done quickly and they do a great job.

They do an excellent job. They are completely trustworthy and I love using them. They are here when they say they are going to be, and they do things very systematically. They are very professional, and I've never had any reason to complain.

I was overwhelmed and expecting guests so spent the $$ to have cleaners come to help prepare the home for Thanksgiving. They came in, discussed the home and gave me an estimate. Later they called to say that before Thanksgiving was booked, but they could come after Thanksgiving. I told them that if they cannot come before Thanksgiving then I would need to look elsewhere since my guests would be gone. Then they said they would work me into the schedule. I was grateful. The cleaners came on time and started working. As discussed during the estimate, I gave them the cleaning solution for my shower as the shower gets black mildew and needs to have the solution sit there for a while to bleach it out. I gave the instructions to the ladies and received several nods of agreement and expected to come back to a shiny clean home. When the ladies indicated that they were finished, I found these items: Shower was still stained by the mildew. I had to reclean it myself (and it came out fine by letting it sit for a while) The area between my showers and sink was never touched - still had dust. I had cleared it out just so they could get to it. All the faucets were still grimy around the handles and around the base where it attaches to the countertop. There were streaks in the chrome. Beneath the fridge door where you would have to open the door to clean, there was still some grimy buildup. The general condition of the kitchen floor was that the edges and corners were still darker than the rest of the kitchen. Kitchen sink streaky. Backsplash had dust and grime. Window sills were wiped in the middle, but the outer corners were never touched and still had dust. Overall, there was no deep cleaning whatsoever. Mostly everything was just lightly wiped - including the floors and counters. That is what I usually do and really needed someone to come in and take care of all those details that light wiping overlooks. All those areas typically overlooked by my own light cleaning were likewise overlooked by the cleaners. I had the ladies go over the worst parts such as the kitchen backsplash and the streaky faucets - I had to teach them how to clean the faucets since they seemed confused. I was very nice to them - no yelling, no names - just kindly pointed out areas that were lacking and nicely asking to redo. Afterwards, I ended up touching up all over the house including cleaning my kitchen floor again, cleaning the grout around my bathroom sink, and cleaning my shower. I waited for a follow up call from the gentleman who had given me the estimate. I was planning on discussing the substandard cleaning with him and give him a chance to explain or apologize. Since I had indicated in the interview that I would be interested in having a biweekly cleaning schedule, I thought someone would definitely call afterwards. It never happened. I am seriously looking into having a biweekly cleaning scheduled and would never use this service again.

The just come and do their job. I am happy with the service.

They did a good job. The person that I have come once a month is very detailed and does a good job.

They were on time and generally did a good job. Their prices were reasonable. I only had problems with them one time and we talked that out. I stopped using them because I called a couple of days after they had been here because there was a problem and that was the first chance I had to call. The owner was unhappy that I waited so long. I understood but there are some things that I can't always see from my perspective. She might have been having a bad day because all my other communications were good with her.

I've used this company for about 4 months now. The ladies are always prompt, courteous and do a good job. Sometimes I have to go over the shower, which is always a difficult job; but for the most part, we've been pleased with their services. I agree with another reviewer in that it's many times difficult to communicate with the ladies due to the language barrier.

The date for cleaning was scheduled, instructions were given, they showed up on time and I was very pleased with their work.

They are very good and thorough. The only think thing is that I don't understand their language so it is hard to tell them that I want something done. It seems like they understand me, but then I don't think so. I don't speak Spanish. They are very thorough; I am pleased with them and will use them again in the future.

The gentleman that came to do the estimate is professional, thorough, friendly, and responsive. The ladies that come to clean are also very friendly, and I feel comfortable having them in my home which is important to me because I have two little kids present. The office staff is responsive and courteous too. The cleaning job, however, is just okay. They have missed areas more than once: forgot to clean the floor in one bedroom, a bathroom sink twice (different bathrooms), a microwave was left with smudges, and most recently they forgot to vacuum the mat at the front door entranceway (which was noticeably very dirty). Bottom line is that they are not that thorough despite the estimator's promises. Most of the time, I find some area that could have been better. I told the cleaners three of the times when I noticed about a missed area and they were good about it and fixed what was missing. One time I didn't see something until after they left (the bathroom counter top was not cleaned) and the office offered a $5 credit. This last time with the entrance rug, however, I just didn't bother. I don't want to feel like I have to keep an eye out for things while they are here; I am busy with my kids and other things. Bottom line- still better than cleaning myself but I am shopping around for a more thorough and detailed cleaner, which is what I thought I was getting after the initial consultation with the estimator.

Boy did I think they were a bargain. The first crew was great. Then they switched crews without telling us. Our nanny HATES the new crew - rude, cleans quickly & carelessly, does not follow any of the notes in instructions provided to the owner, does not follow simple notes we leave behind (e.g. please use this bottle of cleaner right here on the table on......). Rather than a cleaning service they should call themselves a cleaning DISSERVICE! I've been watching the dust pile up on my baseboards. My master bathroom only gets sort-of clean I've asked them to simply vacuum under a couch for 2 months - not done. I've asked them to use our floor cleaning solution & mop - not done. And, when my nanny politely asked the crew to either clean quietly OR come back again when they showed up while the kids were asleep they were extremely rude to her. Oh, and I've had about a dozen conversations with the office manager & owner to have details for the crew to follow entered into "their notes" which miraculously seem to disappear and/or never be conveyed to the cleaning crew.

The two women that came were excellent. They worked hard and did a great job at each tasked they undertook. The problem we encountered had to do with the language barrier. They spoke Spanish and only understood English at a minimal level. Language itself has nothing to do with cleaning. However, when important instructions are communicated, or so you think, but they are not really understood, even good intentions can go astray. There were two instances where my wife explained what she wanted done, and NOT done. The women, again, were extremely nice and hard-working, But, because they did not understand exactly what my wife said, did "too much." To give one example, my wife had already run the self-cleaning oven. All the women had to do was wipe out the ashes. My wife explained this. However, not fully understanding this, they scrubed the whole inside with a Brillo pad, including the seal, which is not to be touched. We hope no permanent damage was done. I do not find fault with the women, but with the company. They should ask every customer in advance of a team coming if there are any special cleaning instructions, and then convey those instructions in Spanish to their workers. Of course this makes it difficult for on the spot clarifications. The larger point is, given the composition of their workforce, the company should put some process in place so the hard work of their employees is combined with the specific guidelines of the homeowner. For this reason, my overall rating is a "C."

Woman came on time. Did not speak any english. She had to call a friend (with whom i spoke) and i told the friend she had to put a tag (that i provided) in her car so she wouldn't be towed. Very challenging working with her. She didn't understand to deduct coupon. When i initially spoke to Joe he said for 1 person it would be $25 /hour, i was surprised that it was then $150 for 1 cleaner.

At first I liked their speed, but after they finished I think they were too quick. My impression was that my house wasn't cleaned properly. The bathroom was cleaned too quick and a cleaning agent like Lysol was not used on the floor. The bathroom did not smell clean. Their vacuum cleaner left behind an unpleasant odor in the house and after they left I found cobwebs in a variety of places. They did not use a cleaning agent on any of my floors. It was a mess. I would not use them again.

My tenants left the place filthy. Their 2y/o colored on the windows etc... The cleaning team was on time and brought all supplies with them. I had to keep pointing out to them what I wanted done, including removing the drawings of the window. When you see drawings on a window, don't you think you should get them off?! They got the blinds stuck from pulling to h****** the cord. They just pulled their shoulders. Didn't offer to fix, refund me for getting someone to fix? apologize? The other thing is when I booked them I requested a receipt. Three weeks later I'm still waiting. No I don't have time and energy to nag them for it. Good service is about not having to follow up.

The cleaners from Home Maid Services Inc. Company are good. They show up when they say they are going to show up, which I think is very nice. One thing that I would appreciate more is if their English were stronger too because I?m unable to communicate that well with them. There is one lady who understands the language however; it depends on who comes for the job. Sometimes they have understood our instructions and other times they haven?t. I haven't shopped around so I?m not sure if their pricing is good or not. I would continue to use their services in the future.

They arrived over an hour late, but did a good job on the move out cleaning. Deep cleaning of dirty one bedroom apartment. However, I booked a carpet cleaning for the same day and they left without finishing the job and didn't return my call the next day. Had to find a last minute replacement for the carpet cleaning. Again, good job on the cleaning, disappointed in the professionalism.

I am very pleased with them. I pay them $80 a week. They do a good job. My wife thinks that they do a good job, too. They are very timely and they do what I ask them to do. I think their prices are very reasonable. I will continue to use them in the future.

The crew were on time, and worked quickly without need for much instruction or supervision. They were pleasant.

Responded quickly to initial inquiry with a quote for the initial cleaning and an every other week cleaning after that. The two women who came did an excellent job. I was out of town at the time but my mother was there and told me they did an excellent job. When I got home the place looked great. The furniture had been waxed and the furniture vacuumed, which is very important to me because I have Siamese cats that shed quite a bit. I plan to continue to use them every two weeks.
