Description of Work: Team arrived on time and did an OK job with one person very conscientious and the other seemingly having a bad day and unhappy about something. Rushed through work. Found broken item after they left. I'm sure it was an accident, but she never mentioned it even when I came in the room after hearing something fall. Deal was for a certain number of hours of cleaning but they said they were done and started to leave with 45 minutes left. I called the office and they approved them to stay and do additional tasks. I've used them before with no problems though. Just an off day I guess.

Description of Work: I liked this company and the cleaners worked non stop . They are prompt and professional. Iu now hire on a bi weekly basis. My only concern is that the cleaners do not understand English.

Description of Work: I was not pleased with this servive. There was cleaning of refrig. Or oven. I have a small 1100 sq.ft.apt. and feel like could have done alot more than was done. When she left I redid my tile floors and they wete much dirtier than before she came. She sprsyed something on the duster cloth and then wiped the floor. It made the floor sticky and gross I have used 2 other maid services with angies list and would recommend both. This one I felt like I threw my money in the garbage can (Which by the way was not cleaned either, talking about small trash can in kitchen. Emptied but not cleaned).
