Description of Work: They came out and performed a diagonsitc test on our HVAC system and discovered a problem with our heating. We had noticed that the air was still running even when we'd turn the system off. They were prompt to order a part, and have worked with us to set up a time to come and complete the work. They have been very flexible, and prompt with their timing, and really took care to keep us informed all along the way.

Description of Work: The two technicians caught the new geo unit on fire and just finishing a 6 week smoke remediation process!

Description of Work: Provided an estimate for and installed a new gas water heater and upgraded the flue from 3" to 4". Experience with estimation process and responsiveness of office for scheduling was very positive. Installation started off on the wrong foot with the installer arriving an hour earlier than agreed. The rest of the installation experience went smoothly. However, the installation failed the first inspection by WSSC due to an improperly graded flue pipe. They came back out to correct promptly and scheduled (and paid for) reinspection. The technician that came out to correct the issue mentioned that they had several reported issues with installations done by the original installer.

Description of Work: They mis-measured the space for the HVAC unit. They ordered the incorrect unit. Then they had me purchase a more expensive unit. Huge delays during very cold weather. (They did provide some space heaters.) The new equipment came missing the fan coil unit. More delays. They failed to timely respond to phone calls and emails. Most unprofessional and distressing experience with a mechanical contractor ever. Equipment still does not work effectively.

Description of Work: I bought a coupon on Angie's List for a checkup for my noisy furnace, and they came on time and diagnosed the problem. I had trouble getting them to order the correct part and follow up - it took three calls before I could get them back to do the work. Quality of the work was fine, but I was disappointed in their responsiveness.

Description of Work: They called and arrived within 30mins which was stated by the office. Confirmed what they were there for and provided information on how to maintain my heater. Very helpful.

Description of Work: HH came out twice -- once to fix the repairs on a toilet that were improperly done by another plumbing service. We also had an odd sound coming from our pipes -- a loud whining. We couldn't figure it out and they corrected it quickly. They are great and we've used them for our furnish services too. Overall great job. Their prices are not cheap, but you get what you pay for!

Description of Work: They replaced or 50 year old air handler, removing the old ceiling a/c unit and replacing it with a brand new unit installed in a closet, out if site. They worked under horrendous conditions during our recent 95+ degree heat wave. The crew was efficient, professional and did a great job. The entire process was smooth from the initial visit by the sales rep to the installation. Would highly recommend Harvey Hottel!
