Description of Work: Furnace had no power. They determined that it was a fuse in the furnace that had blown. Replaced and checked the system over. The fuse blew again later that night. They came back an checked the system and outside unit and found a shorted wire on the outside unit. Did not charge for that repair since they could have found it the previous day.

Description of Work: Heat pump replacement went okay. Was a little disappointed that they placed the new inside unit over our dirty air-box. I would have taken five minutes to clean it out myself, if given the chance. The new high-efficiency Carrier unit was over-charged with Puron. We got nine high pressure shut-downs in 90+ degree weather, before they came out and adjusted it correctly. Hopefully the compressor didn't sustain any life shortening damage. Other than that, they did a quick install with decent sheet metal work, went over the user functions of the new thermostat and cleaned up all of their trash and our old unit. They were also very cost competitive.

Description of Work: I called this company for an estimate for a new air handler and heat pump. It was very close, but I did end up going with another company because their bid was slightly lower. However, I was very impressed with Danny's professionalism and confidence that he could manage my difficult installation challange (the air handler was in the ceiling of the bathroom and had to be relocated into a closet.)
