This was an Angie's List deal. Three women came and cleaned for 4 and 1/2 hours. Outstanding company--would definitely call again

They were fantastic. It wasn't just that big things were done (and done well), it was all of the little things that made the biggest impression - they cleaned the hinges on my front door, as well as inside the door frame itself; they did the blinds, they cleaned the garbage can. This was one of the best experiences I have had with a service and I immediately scheduled them to clean my place regularly.

It turned out fine. Everything was good. They did an excellent job. They explained everything. They explained what I needed to do to keep the hardwood floors and I really like that about them.

Very professional and did the best cleaning job compared to other companies.

After purchasing a deep cleaning which went great, I went to every other week cleaning. I don't see them but I come home to a beautiful clean house, they use email to confirm and adjust appointments, and are flexible with me about adding or subtracting my guest room or other rooms. They also were able to set me a regular time on Thursdays which I like since I most want my house clean on the weekends. They've also followed my instructions to use a special cleaner and cloth floor mop on my hardwood floors. This will be even more important when they start cleaning my beautiful new floors.

The three-person team arrived a little early and went to work cleaning our 4-BR, 2 1/2 bath house. They spent just about 2 hours, i.e. 6 person hours. We already have a monthly cleaning service, but took advantage of the Angie's List Big Deal to try Four Seasons. In total, they were about equivalent in quality to our current service, better in some respects, not so good in others. They missed dusting a couple of fixtures (e.g. top of water heater) and didn't do a thorough job of cleaning the kitchen table. However, I feel sure that, if we pointed out these issues and were to engage them on a routine basis, they would do a better job. I asked for a quote for monthly service, and they were slightly higher than my current service, so we decided not to switch. However, I could be happy using them on a routine basis.

Bathrooms cleaned and furniture dusted. I removed items from most furniture so the entire furniture pieces could be dusted. Floors were gently mopped and/or vacuumed. Staff were pleasant, punctual and dedicated to doing a good job of cleaning.

I purchased the services from Angie's deals. I thought it was for 3 hours of cleaning services. Apparently, it was for 1 cleaner for 3 hours. They sent 3 cleaners that worked for 1.5 hours. We primarily communicated by email. They confirmed my appointment quickly. I explained the service that I wanted - to clean a vacant 3 bedroom townhome. They did not advise me that they could not complete the work until the end of the 1.5 hours. I was not offered an opportunity to purchase additional time. The work was adequate. They did an good job with the stove, carpet and bedrooms. The refrigerator was empty, and they did not wipe out the freezer. The wood floors were cleaned adequately. The windows were clean. I think it would have been better to discuss how much time they would need to complete the job before the scheduled day of service.

They were supposed to provide 6 hours of deep housecleaning service, and failed to clean most countertops and didn't even mop or polish the floors. They also completely disregarded 2 rooms. NEVER WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN!

They were/are amazing; They work so fast and well. We have them come once a month. The cleaned, made the beds, organized neatly some stuff too.

Very responsive and flexible. The team arrived as agreed and they were very courteous and professional. They did an extraordinary job in covering all details very efficiently. Although I had not planned on regular visits, I was so impressed with the results that I have scheduled monthly cleanings.

It was okay. It was not the best. It was a six hour deal and they were done before six hours. There were a lot of things they could have done but they didn't do. I did have a lot of dust. I had painted and things were kind of scattered. But, I thought they could have done a better job. I found places that had not been touched. There was a language problem as well. For the time that they had, they were very limited in what they would do. They limited to two people for three hours. There were so many things that they would not do. I just thought that that was not good.

Went very well. Arrived on time, cleaned rapidly, very professional, very attentive to our requests.

Two ladies came and did excellent job. They came in time and finished in time. I am very happy with their service. Great job.

They did a great job. My husband and I had deferred cleaning for a while because we were busy with work/kids/etc. and needed help. It was so nice after they left, we decided to sign up for their be-weekly cleaning service.

After a little confusion about time (we scheduled for 3, I arranged to be there at 3, and they arrived at 2:15, and if I hadn't rushed home in time to catch them as they were leaving my neighborhood they would have not been there) we had a successful cleaning. The only things lacking were a wipedown of the kitchen cabinets and windowsills. Everything was very well cleaned. One caveat, "the ladies" (the people actually cleaning) do not speak good english and most interactions were through instructions from the central office. We have hired them to clean on an ongoing basis.

Wonderful! The supervisior was very professional. We walked the house and discussed all the areas to clean, and the areas to avoid. The two women that did the work were very friendly, and extremely hard working. My master bathroom has never been cleaner. The whole house never smelled so clean. I was surprised by the attention to detail. Base boards, blinds, ceiling fans, table tops, headboards all free of dust. My hardwood floor were sorely neglected but they managed to clean and wax them to a beautiful shine. Some how, they were able to polish the stainless steal in my kitchen to the point where the appliances looked like the day they were delivered. My wife was so happy we decied to enlist their monthly services. Great Job!

Best $59 spent for house cleaning. I gave them a priority list as I knew they would not get my whole house done. And from the priority list i would have been really surprised. They got through about 90% from the list and what they did I was happy with. Very, very pleased with their service, puntuality, and professionalism. I will definitely use them again.

I am very picky, so to give them a good rating means something coming from me. They cleaned the inside of the frig and oven, and dusted baseboards. I only noticed one high/hard-to-reach place had been missed for dusting, though it was not anything to be upset about, considering how detailed/clean the rest of the house was. Overall, it was very worth the money as my house needed a good, deep cleaning and they did exactly what they promised. I have signed up for monthly cleanings at a reasonable price, and hope to continue to be pleasantly surprised by their service (I have not yet received my "regular" monthly cleaning- I am a few days out). UPDATE: I use Four Seasons regularly now as a result of my finding them here, and I just wanted to add that their monthly service is exceptional. The ladies are always punctual, pleasant, very responsive to any questions or concerns I may have at the time of the service, and arrive with smiles on their faces! They definitely go above and beyond my expectations for cleaning my house, and always pass the "white glove" test. They were a great find and I'm very pleased with the service.

Three women came and did a spectacular job cleaning the 2nd and 3rd levels of my town home. They even cleaned areas that I would have never thought to ask about. It was very easy to schedule the appointment online, I received up to date information prior to their visit, and the ladies were quick and efficient. Overall I am very pleased with the customer service and the great job that was done, and will definitely be adding this company to my contact list for future use! :)

They are doing an excellent job! Always on time and very reliable.

It was easy to schedule a housecleaning appointment even on short notice. The two-person crew arrived on time with their supervisor who talked with me and surveyed the areas that I wanted cleaned. The supervisor then talked with the crew to make sure that they fully understood what to do. The crew was friendly and did a very good job of cleaning and managing their time. They were even efficient enough to complete additional cleaning that I really wanted done but told them not to worry about if there wasn't enough time. Overall, I was very pleased with the job done by Four Season Cleaning Services and plan to use them in the future.

Phenomenal!!! - I am extremely happy with their service, hard work, and finishing touches. These women are serious about their business, and the employees worked their tails off, they cleaned everything beautifully. The house smelled amazing, and they add some nice touches like folding toilet paper, and paper towels just like they do in a hotel. It felt like walking into a fresh hotel room when checking out our bedroom and master bath. My wife & kids went crazy when they got home to see the house so nice and clean and smelling so good. They even re-arranged my scheduled time as I called the day before, and were always prompt and nice on the phone. Rosa showed up first, and walked me through the house,and explained everything. I knew exactly what I was going to get, and what to expect which was awesome. Then she brought in the two beauties to do the cleaning, and introduced us. She spent at least 30 mins with them upstairs as they got started, and then left for the time Overall it was about a 4 hour job - 3 bedroom townhouse, 3 full & 1/2 bath. The two girls worked hard from start to finish, and were so pleasant. I think we may get a routine schedule for them. You will be very happy to book this crew - what a great deal for such a great service!

Overall, I am pleased with the maid service. The maids are reliable, they always come the day they are supposed to come. I am seldom home when they are cleaning my townhouse and I have no problem having them in my townhouse when I am not there -- ie: they are trustworthy. They clean well and quickly. If I find that they haven't cleaned something that should have been cleaned -- I let the people at Four Seasons know and they make sure the maids clean it the next time they come. I would recommend Four Seasons if someone asks me for the name of a maid service.
