General cleaning. They are very responsive and do good work. Carolina always answers immediately. Jacky's very good.

This was a moving-in cleaning, so we wanted a thorough job on the empty condo. That's what we got. The two ladies worked well and efficiently and the result was excellent. I also particularly appreciated the excellent communication I had with the company in scheduling the cleaning. The crew arrived exactly when we had agreed. Very smooth and pleasant service.

They did a really good job cleaning my house and they were doing a fabulous job cleaning my rental property where the renters are students. I am really happy with them.

They are great! That is why I have been working with them since 2004. I like the people that they send over. They are very honest and caring people. I have gotten to know the owners, they are very responsive and responsible. Rosa, the owner comes over to look over the work. Making sure her staff are doing a great job.

It went well but I would just rate their service as average.

They come weekly, every Friday. They are a good solid cleaning service but my view is that they need more consistency on their staff to ensure more consistency on their service.

The two young girls are really sweet and they mean well. Only one speaks a little English. One either had a radio on or she was on her phone all the time. She was getting sloppier and sloppier. There was a ledge in my bedroom that I realized wasn't dusted. That is funny because I really don't usually show them. I thought they kind of due for them to come and I will see how long it will take them. She finally did it finally. I put a note with arrows. This was going on for 3 to 4 months and she still did not do it. So at this time a woman I know told me that she this phenomenal cleaning lady and she was looking for work. So I thought okay you know I will change so I canceled with Season. The nice thing about having someone like Four Season is that they bring their own supplies. One was very good. I think if they had been bilingual it would have been good. I think it was a language problem.

Two people were assigned and it went very well.

It went very well. I hope to hire them again. They were suppose to contact me on how much a reoccurring cleaning would cost but I have not heard back.

I was pleased with this cleaning service. The workers arrived at the scheduled time. Before the job began, a coordinator came and walked through the house so I could specify what items I wanted to focus on. Two ladies cleaned everything from top to bottom. I asked to concentrate on dusting and vacuuming. They did that and more. Everything was thoroughly cleaned, including the storm door. When they were finished, the coordinator returned to ensure everything I wanted done was completed. They were professional, thorough and did a very good job. I would use them again and would definitely recommend them for house cleaning.

so, so - i found places they missed dusting in multiple places; they broke my toilet paper holder and didn't even tell me (was present whole time and a supervisor even showed up); residue from the mop left dark water spots on the tile grout in kitchen, which made it look dirty. I also don't like when they move things to clean areas and do not put back ( i get that they may not remember exactly how it was/is, but in some instances they didn't make any effort

Nothing was put back properly or where it was located (even the toilet seat covers were put on backwards). Black scruffs marks were left up and down my stairway (I specifically told them my home had been painted recently and to please be careful with their equipment and to not scruff/scrape walls). Also, the lining of one of my master bedroom table lamp shades was torn out. I spoke to the "owner" and was told her staff did not damage the lamp shade. The lamp shade is not cheap and now I also have to have my wall on my stairway repainted. Very disappointed.

They cleaned everything very thoroughly, it looked like new when they left. I was very impressed, they were fast and efficient. Excellent work, would highly recommend.

Went very well. Four Seasons is always so good at communicating - never any trouble getting hold of them. Cleaners have always been pleasant. Overall did a great job cleaning. There were a few spots missed but only items (like random spots on back of doors, ceiling fan) that many people would miss. Would hire again. I also like that they stay and clean for the entire time contracted. The first time I used Four Seasons they came and asked me for more work to do because they had finished before the contacted time was up.

Quick, efficient, very clean. Provides nice final touches (e.g., decorative folding tissue in tissue box, paper towel rack, toilet tissue roll, etc.). Tried them through a special offer and then hired them to do monthly cleaning. Responsive, friendly management. Good outfit.

The ladies from Four Season Janitorial are terrific. My house is so clean when they are done, and they are very nice. Best Mother's Day present, ever!

Short version: half-assed cleaning, not nearly worth the money, damaged our countertop and two pieces of furniture, did not mop anywhere but the kitchen and generally did a poor job leaving lots of work for us to do. Long version: we bought an Angie's List deal to have Four Season do a deep cleaning on our house. The two cleaners showed up (early, but fine) and began cleaning as quickly as possible. Everything seemed fine until the end, when their supervisor called to make sure everything was done satisfactorily "so they can leave". (This was done after they had loaded everything out and waited on my porch; I believe there was a language barrier issue, but it was still super awkward.) I started walking around and noticing a lot of items like blinds, mirrors and headboards still had dust, and everything was done in a very slapdash manner. (If I'm paying for a deep cleaning, I'd expect more than just swishing a rag over things.) I mentioned the few things I saw right then and was told that they were unable to clean dust off picture frames because they might fall (okay, sure, but what about the blinds and headboards?) and that the cleaners had another house to go to so they wouldn't stay and finish the job properly. (They did come in and wipe off a couple of the things I mentioned, with no eye contact.) After they left, I started noticing more and more things done poorly (small debris on the floors near my daughter's playpen demonstrating that the floor had clearly not been mopped, pet hair still along baseboards, sticky spots on counters, etc.) and worst of all I found a large spot on our wooden countertops where they put down whatever they had been using to clean the stove and stripped the finish and stain off. There were also scratches on our wooden console table and a piece knocked off of the leg of our dresser. We were incredibly disappointed by the sloppy, borderline rude service; we saved up to be able to afford this help (we both work full time and have an active toddler, so keeping up with the housework is challenging) and we feel cheated and grossly overcharged. With the damage they did to our counter and furniture, it's almost worse than not having had anyone clean at all.

The work was excellent. They sent two people who got right to work and worked diligently for four hours. They did an amazing job, getting down behind the furniture and into the corners, cleaning the inside of the refrigerator, washing the insides of the windows, and making the whole house sparkle. I would definitely recommend them, and we plan to have then back for regular cleaning.
