Description of Work: I called and never heard from them. We had used them previously and they were great. Don't know what happened this time. We're moving out of the area, our house is sold and all donations have been donated.

Description of Work: It was a Big Deal for $80 for Junk Pick-Up Service. It worked out, but they told me anything that had to be moved from another part of the house was going to cost extra.

Description of Work: Arrived at 8 am the morning after a major snow storm. Two very nice men moved a large, heavy media cabinet down a flight of outside stairs without damage. Gave me a receipt for market value of the cabinet for tax purposes. The service was quick, courteous and well executed. I felt good knowing that my beautiful cabinet was going to be put to good use somewhere else.

Description of Work: Excellent service. And, they took much more than expected for a half of a truck. Did not realize they were not only counting what could fit in the back of the truck but that additional height space was included.

Description of Work: The people from Donation Nation arrived on time, worked very quickly and efficiently. They prepared an online inventory of items that I was giving them and emailed it to me along with my receipt before they left. I am in the middle of some major cleaning as I consolidate two households and I definitely intend to call them again when I am ready with another "give away" load.

Description of Work: Donation Nation picked up multiple furniture items, TVs and household linens. They were on time, explained everything clearly and were very careful not to damage my home when they moved donation items to the truck. They also have a 15% discount for senior citizens. Their rates are very reasonable. I would recommend them and would use them again.

Description of Work: The only issue that I had is that perhaps I misunderstood what I was purchasing. I thought I was purchasing 1/2 of a moving truck, not a panel truck, thus they could only take approximately 1/2 of what I estimated. Otherwise, they were very courteous, prompt and completed the job as described. I would probably use them again with a full understanding of what I was purchasing.

Description of Work: Donation Nation picked up a sofa and a daybed that I no longer need. They were quick to get back to me, were on time, and did the work quickly and efficiently. Even estimated a tax deduction for the items.

Description of Work: The team helped to clear out my garage if junk that had been sitting for too long. Great service and highly recommend. I've used them subsequently and very pleased with the outcome once again.

Description of Work: they picked up furniture I was giving away. salvation army and goodwill are awful in this area - goodwill would not take most of my furnitue and did not have proper tools to take them apart. Both are terrible when it comes to scheduling and often cancel or dont show up (others I know have had similar experiences). I would have prefered not to pay to give things to charity - but furniture was big and bulky and worth giving away, and too big to throw out. Donation Nation refurbishes and I could tell that the deliverymen were professional and cared about the job donation nation does and the services it provides. They told me how the organization works and where it is located. I can tell they work hard and don't just go through motions like similar organizations do.

Description of Work: Everything was done that I requested but, the tax deduction letter was not given to me at the end of the job, I was told that the letter would be emailed to me, but I never received it. The last time I used the company I was given the tax deduction letter at the end of the job.

Description of Work: Heavy items, too heavy for me to carry were removed from the house. Other miscellaneous items were also removed. The provider showed up on schedule and worked very fast. They did a great job.
