The guys were great. Very professional. Although traffic delayed them by a nominal amount of time, they kept me apprised throughout their trip. They were finished in half an hour.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was quite good. They called ahead. They were very polite, very organized, and were considerate about tracking dirt in the house. We were quite pleased with them.

The men were a little late to arrive, but explained the reason and were apologetic. They were young, strong, professional and efficient. There was only one item that required both of them to carry. Each was able to carry most items, even the bulky ones,by himself. They were that strong!!!!! I had a little more than the specified amount and they did not charge me extra. I will certainly use them again and often!!!!

They called to see if they could come earlier than scheduled but I didn't get the message until later. They arrived on time, removed everything that we needed moved, and did so expeditiously. They completed the paper work, left me a copy. Everything went very smoothly.

They were wonderful. They arrived on time and eager to work even though it was 100+ degrees outside. They moved an extremely large piano quickly and efficiently.

(see above), plus, they managed to fit so much into the truck bed I was able to gather up additional junk and really clear out an awful spot in my backyard. Like losing 10 pounds instantly, for my peace of mind. Yay!!

This went very well. Two men arrived on time and thye were very pleasant and professional. They lifted a few heavy items and did it without scratching walls in a narrow hall. Well worth thr price paid.

It went great! I was contacted promptly in response to my phone call. We quickly agreed on a date and they showed up this afternoon just as agreed. They quickly moved out my furniture, presented me with a bill and accepted my coupon. I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided. The price was reasonable (plus I had a coupon!) and I got exactly what I was looking for in the time frame I had in mind.

Charles was very accomodating. His assistant was unable to come but he was willing to come to my home alone even though it was later than he had expected. He did all the hauling himself which was not very easy and was very easy to work with. He took all of my items with no problem and hauled it all out of my basement and into his truck. He gave me an itemized receipt for my donation for tax purposes. Would use them again in a heart beat.

From the first contact to the job completion, Charles and his crew were awesome! They were helpful, friendly and such a pleasure to work with. The team arrived early Saturday morning and worked hard all day to pack up the house. Our parents had 60+ years of accumulated "treasures" in their home. Charles and his crew worked swiftly to pack up the items and get them to the right place - recycling what can be recycled, redistributing what can be redistributed, and hopefully taking as little as possible to the landfill. Several times during the day the team would uncover an item we had missed in our search. Charles found my father-in-law's WWII Navy Medals from his 30 year Naval career. We had been looking for them, but had not found them. The crew also uncovered old photos and other irreplaceable items that might have otherwise been lost forever. What a great business model and a great group of people... I highly recommend!

Charles is awesome. We used another hauling service a few times who would only take certain things and charged us an additional $120 to move a desk a few feet. Not so with Donation Nation, they will take away everything and even climbed up some narrow creaky attic stairs to remove all of that stuff. Their price (even without the Big Deal coupon) is better than the "other" company. Love these guys!

I purchased a big deal for Donation Nation after researching other hauling companies on Angie's list. Not only was the price an incentive, but setting up an appointment was easy, phone calls were returned promptly, and all questions were answered completely and courteously. On appointment day, two workers hauled away two small truckloads of donated furniture and other household items along with an old refrigerator and miscellaneous debris. The workers arrived on time on a very rainy day and worked non-stop until they picked up all materials--within a few hours and swept up afterwards. They were neat, polite, and professional. When the refrigerator didn't fit through the inside basement door, they carefully removed and replaced the door molding. After all items were loaded I received a printed receipt listing donated items deductible for income tax purposes. I will surely use Donation Nation again.

Great experience start to finish. Service provider responded almost immediately after purchase. One is able to go to their website to easily schedule a time. I got a phone call after I did that to confirm the appointment time and review the household items to be picked for donation. The pick up happened on time - the workers were professional, polite and very helpful. They loaded the donated goods and provided a tax receipt. I would recommend this company and would use them again.

I scheduled my pickup appointment online and received an email confirmation. The day of my appointment, the company called me a few hours prior to let me know they were coming as scheduled and then they arrived exactly on time. The two employees were very professional and efficient. I would use them again.

They were really professional. Came in and looked at what we wanted removed. Had no issues with anything we needed to get rid of. We added to the original deal because we had a lot of stuff to remove. Their prices seemed quite fair. We would call them back any time we needed to have large items removed from the house.

They were great. Came on time and took everything. Really piled it up well so we felt like we got a great deal. We used them again a couple of weeks later after moving in! Would definitely recommend.
