Great! Charles called me prior to the scheduled visit to let me know they were en route. At 2 pm, the guys from Donation Nation picked up everything from the backyard (we moved everything there to make their job a little easier). The were prompt, friendly, and efficient. After printing out a receipt for all items, the truck was packed and gone before 3 pm. I would definitely use them again!

They arrived exactly on time, went to work quickly and within 45 minutes had moved everything that I wanted hauled away. Very professional, they even asked if I wanted help cleaning up. I would certainly use them again and now I refer all my friends to them

The entire process was wonderful and painless. The reps were courteous and very accommodating.

Two very friendly guys arrived right on time and proceeded to load up their truck with everything I wanted removed. I wasn't sure they would take some items, but they took them all. And I love that whatever they haul away they try to repurpose or recycle! I will definitely use them in the future.

They were very professional and courteous, and took all the items that I had earmarked. They filled their truck and I have the benefit of reducing my clutter and knowing that many of the things they took will be recycled.

Two fellows came and removed all sorts of items from our house. The carried heavy and bulky pieces through the house with care. They were willing and able to take everything we wanted to donate and they explained how they expected different items to be redistributed. This is a great business, locally owned and operated. If you want to know that your items are going to donated rather than just dumped at the landfill AND get great and careful hauling, hire this company.

Arrived on time. Were very polite. Even hauled away stuff not on my list, I was very happy with the service.

They did a great job. Scheduling went well and they emailed me first to get an appointment set up. Two workers came on time for the appointment and it took less than an hour to complete. My basement looks great after being cleared out.

I signed up for service online with an Angie List promotion and gave them my credit card. No one has every contacted me to schedule the work

The service was excellent. They filled their truck up. My only hope is that those all went to where they would be most needed because you do not find out where they are actually donated. I do not know what happens at the other end which would be interesting to know. They were very helpful. They went into almost all the stuff in one space but they also had to get a couple of things from another space and they were willing to do that. What stood out to me about them was their professionalism. I was so impressed by the mode of payment that they use. It was great and easy. They were very professional.

Everything went smoothly. The guys called about fifteen minutes early to say traffic was a little heavy but were on their way. They showed up soon after and got right to work. Even though it was raining and I had a few heavy items (old TV and large media cabinet), they moved everything out to their truck in no time. It's also great to know they will repair and donate any items still usable. I've used other hauling services in the past, and these guys are the best!

It was such a great experience. I wish they had places like this across the country. I would recommend them to anyone.

It was easy to set up the appointment, I got a call the day before to reconfirm, and another call on the day to explain they were running 15 minutes late. The team arrived, were very pleasant, took out my junk, and gave me an itemized receipt. It took about 30 minutes.

Very nice, professional people to deal with. They came with what appeared to be a very small pickup truck but amazingly they were able to load everything on the truck. I would have bet money that it was impossible to do. The only downside was that our Angie's list coupon was for half a truckload and this was a full truck load so we had to pay double. I had envisioned the truck to be much bigger when I purchased the coupon. That being said, it was well worth the money to get everything hauled away and since it was virtually all able to be donated, we felt good about it and got a nice tax deduction.

I think overall, they did what was required, but the jury is not out on them as far as I am concerned. My main issue with them is that they took a chair that I did authorize them to take. It was a chair that was part of a set. When I learned this, I took a photo of one of the remaining chairs and sent it to Charles via email. I have been trying to reach him and he has not replied to my emails or phone calls. This part is disappointing. It's been two business days so far and to not even get a return call is not professional. I understand accidents can happen in this regard but I'm not completely sure it was an accident until they rectify their mistake. Or at the least, return my phone call. The other good things they did that I could recommend them for is all negated for me until they rectify the situation. In the end, if you plan to hire them, I strongly suggest you go over your items thoroughly and make clear to them items you wish for them to take and items you plan to keep.

They hauled away items from our garage, and our son's room, and other items that we decided to get rid of at the spur of the moment .

Donation Nation picked up a variety of items following our garage clean-out. I really appreciated the fact that they let me know they were running late and kept me updated on their ETA. They provide a great service in that they will take anything and their goal is to put everything to use or recycle it. As a professional organizer, Donation Nation's service is invaluable. As a rule, when my clients know their things are going to be put to good use or recycled they are much more willing to let go of them. Needless to say I will not hesitate to call them again when the need arises.

Very well. Donation nation sent 2 employers. They were prompt, professional and polite.

They were just awesome. We had a bunch of outdated computer components that we wanted to dispose of responsibly. They quickly picked those up and loaded them in their truck. Then we had some extra space so they picked up some landscaping waste (extra paving stones, etc) until the truck was half full. They were polite, efficient, great communicators and all I had to do was point at what I wanted removed and they took care of the rest. I would not hesitate to use them again.

They were awesome. Friendly, professional. I would just point to stuff and they would bag and take away. It was great.

This was my first big deal purchase and wasn't clear that the Angie List message center was how communication was handled. Was expecting an email from the vendor. Once I'd questioned when contact would be made the vendor called me and we quickly communicated making the arrangements. Donation Nation was coursteous, professional and quickly picked up the items. Would definetely use them again.

They were great. Easy to schedule, professional, on time. They called ahead of time, arrived a little earlier than scheduled, finished in less than 20 minutes, and were very respectful of my house. I had collected most of the items on the ground floor, but they had to carry a couple of things from the first floor, down a narrow set of stairs: they made sure no damage was done to the walls. They were very well organized and super-nice. It could not have been a better experience.
