Donation Nation was on-time and did a thorough job clearing our garage. The staff was very friendly. We would use them again.

Purchased the big deal. Credit card was debited but no contact was made by the company.

They showed up on time. Very personable and efficient crew of two. Loaded over 300 cubic feet of donated, recycle, and trash items from basement, garage, and storage building out back. Cleaned up. Provided receipt for donated items. Super job!

These guys were professional, prompt and efficient. they started out by explaining their process, letting me know they'd flag me when the amount I wanted hauled away was exceeding the deal I had purchased. they worked cleanly and were very respectful. I give them a B because I thought the 1/2 "truck" they would have would be a moving-size bix truck. It was in fact a large pick-up, so I didn't get in as much stuff as I would have liked. This would have beena better deal if I had a large fairly valuable item that I wanted to get hauled away and recoup the donation value on. I'd feell comfortable they'd handle the item with care and get it to a worthy cause. For regular run-of-the-mill furniture/other large items, I'd use a different service in the future,

They were GREAT--I wanted to use them again to help us continue to downsize the amount of stuff before our move but family member's a hoarder.

Everything turned out well. It was easy to get in touch and to schedule. Furthermore, the crew was fast, clean, and capable. Ultimately, it was a pleasure dealing with them, and I would recommend the company's services.

Those guys were great. It was three guys and a pickup truck. They hauled off a bunch of junk that I had. They were the most efficient packers I've ever seen in my life. They were very courteous, professional and professional. I would definitely use them again. The pickup was absolutely perfect for the job.

I got this on the Big Deal. I called and set a date that was convenient to me. They arrived on time and took the cabinet chairs and some junk we had. Gave us a receipt for tax purposes for the items of value. Super nice. Super efficient. Would call them again.

If you're tired of your stuff going into a landfill, Donation Nation is the place to call. They will either resell it themselves or donate it to a local charity. Since they are a 501(c)3 organization themselves they allow your donated items to be a tax deduction - gotta love that! What they're doing for you, though, is just getting rid of all your stuff that you don't want anymore. The best part is they'll take anything including paint and electronics. The catch is that they charge to remove the stuff from your house. Same deal with other haulers - they charge. However the charge is very nominal and you get the tax deduction. So it really offsets the cost. Big time. The guys who came and picked up my love seat and couch were right on time (when they said they would be there) and they were in and out in about 20 minutes. I highly recommend this company if you're at all concerned about the environment and want your discarded stuff to be put to use by someone else.

I purchased the big deal and they were excellent. They were prompt, courteous, very friendly and helpful. They did everything they promised and more. They were very good and I recommend them. It was very simple. The gentleman who came worked very efficiently. Everything I needed to do was in the garage except for a TV which he came in and carried a heavy TV out and put it on the truck. He helped me with a list of things that I do needed so he made it very painless. He was very efficient and made it very simple to get rid of a lot of stuff that I didn't want.

Service was excellent- extremely professional. They originally quoted one truckload. Upon arrival, they estimated that another 1/4 truck would be needed to haul everything. Their upcharge was more than reasonable. Two people came with the truck. Their system was very organized. One started loading the truck while the other inventoried everything for receipt purposes. They worked efficiently. Before leaving, they provided us with a very professional receipt for tax purposes. It was obvious that they love what they do. I would recommend them to anyone needing a similar service and would use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you Angie for a great recommendation!

Got a call back within a half hour of my online reservation (on a Sunday!), got a pickup scheduled for the next day. They showed up promptly and got to work. Nice people, very professional and very quick too. Everything done in under an hour. They even provided an itemized receipt for tax records. I'm so glad I went with Donation Nation.

They picked up donation items from the garage. The employees were prompt, courteous, and professional. They were extraordinally efficient in terms of use of space. The job was performed in little time. _x000D_|_x000D_|The only minus was that there was a problem with the printer for the receipt. However, I received the receipt by e-mail the next day.
