They called ahead on pick up morning and came in spite of the wintry mix. Both guys were very nice. They gave me a receipt for the estimated value of the items. The fee and estimated value are both tax deductible. I would use their service again.

It was terrific. They showed up on time. They were very quick to help us take the items away from us. They did it in a very efficient and friendly manner. They gave me an itemized receipt for tax purposes. They were absolutely wonderful and I've had them back again. There were no additional charges beyond big deal amount.

Excellent service. They arrived on-time and performed the service above and beyond my expectations. I was extremely impressed how efficient they operated being only a two-person crew. They were very friendly and professional. They came prepared for the job at hand. Charles, the owner, could honestly be the hardest working business owner I've ever encountered on a job. He did most of the heavy lifting himself. I felt so bad because I lived on the third level of a condo unit with a set of stairs inside my condo. They removed a refrigerator, gas stove, washer and dryer and a ton of "clutter" from my home. They never complained once or inflated the cost of the job. They just kept reminding me it was all in a day's work. Later that evening I could not find my purse. I simply emailed Charles to let him know it was missing and if he would check to make sure it did not get picked-up with the other stuff by mistake. He responded immediately to my email and followed-up the next day after all of the inventory had been processed to let me know it was not found. I found my purse two days later in my home. I was not concerned for one minute, despite my family's concerns, that someone from Donation Nation had taken it. That is how much I trusted them after only spending time with them for a couple of hours. I would definitely use Donation Nation Inc. again and would highly recommend me to my family, friends and other Angie's list subscribers.

They came, were courteous, and removed the fridge, a workbench (infested with mold in a water incident), and some other odds and ends (a chair). i had tried to take the fridge out myself, and couldn't do it through our narrow doors in the basement. The 'trick', of course, was to remove the doors and the back which they did easily. They were courteous, quick, and right on time. Scheduling was no problem. They did their best not to track mud through the house. They told us their truck was not full, and if we wanted anything else they could get it.

I was extremely pleased with the whole experience. Charles was friendly and professional. Due to storming the morning of my appointment, Charles called to see if I wanted to reschedule. I told him I was fine to keep the appointment if he was. He said he wanted to be sure I wasn't concerned about anything being tracked in the house. He assured me that they'd put down some blankets to protect my floor. They did, and everything was fine. Charles and Pierre arrived right on time. When I made my appointment online, I estimated that I had a full truckload of stuff, but Charles took a look and said it was more like 3/4 of a load, so I paid less than expected. They were very efficient and took about 20-25 minutes to move everything out of the basement. I got my receipt for the tax-deductible reusable items, and they were on their way. I will definitely use Donation Nation again in the future, and I'll also recommend them to everyone I know.

Simple amazing. I live in a three story townhouse with family pictures on the wall from first floor o the third floor. They were the first not to touch the walls or the pictures bringing down the furniture which was a task all by itself. I was impressed with Charles and Brian.very professional and automated printing out your statement and donation amount. I planned to hire them again for items I have in storage. I have never seen a company say what they do and do as they say. Hats off to a wonderful job. P. S. They were so good I added a large and heavy glass top and table that I never thought I would get out the house, but so long glass top table.

My dealings was with Brian. He showed up on time and ready to work. It alarmed me at first because he was alone, but my anxiety proved to be unwarranted. Brian hauled away a large comfy chair, a metal closet door, wood from the yard, and a few other incidentals. I was extremely pleased with his professionalism, and his strength. I will definitely use them again AND refer them to my circle of friends and family.

They arrived on time, were very professional and helpful. I had several items to be donated, including some furniture, and excersize equipment. I also had some rubbish and some hazardous waste items (such as old paint) that I wanted cleared out as well. They gathered everything I showed them, packed it all very efficiently on the truck and took it all in one load. I liked that fact that they recycle and donate anything that they can. They were very pleasant, easy to work with, and made the clean up around the house so easy to do. I would highly recommend this company.

They did a wonderful job when they got here. They came on the date and time I requested, however they did not respond to tell me the time and date were acceptable. I just had my fingers crossed they would be here. I sent the request both on the web and the telephone but received no response until the arrived at my house.

Donation Nation did a great job! They were here on time and took as much stuff as they could for the quote they gave me. I would defintiely call them again if I needed large itmes hauled away.

It went really well and I was pretty impressed by their work. They were really efficient. Of all the Big Deals I’ve purchased, they were the most persistent in scheduling the appointment. They showed up on time and the end result was good. Very good company!

The service went excellent from beginning to end. From my first conversation with Charles to the pick-up. He was polite, promptly confirmed the appointment, and confirmed the approximate time of arrival the day of pick-up. The best part was the price was $30 less than he originally quoted to me. I will definitely work with Donation Nation again!

They showed up exactly as scheduled. We went through the whole house as I indicated what was to go. They removed items from all 3 floors, loaded the truck, printed out the receipt and were gone in less than a hour. Fantastic!

They are a nonprofit organization. I called 4 different companies to come and get 4 good working TV sets, but they wouldn't come. These guys were reliable, and very good to have them come and do that. I had to pay for their services, although I was donating it. They price was okay, but the service was good and they were professional. A couple of young men own the company, and what they are doing for the environment and the people is good. They are very good. I don't like paying for anything that I am donating, but they took the time, and they took everything away.

It went very well. The men were very helpful, loaded all of our things on their truck, and then went with us to our storage locker a few miles away, and unloaded rugs and some Xmas decorations into the locker, to get them out of the way in our home. Items that were salvageable will be sold by them out of their warehouse, and the things that are broken or not useful anymore will be discarded at the dump. We were very satisfied with their service, and intend to use them again, to get rid of several things that can be donated from our storage locker. They also gave us an official receipt, with the estimated value of all of our things, that can be used re. donations when we file our income tax for the year.

It was fine. They turned up on time and were very efficient.
