They do excellent work. They're a little high but very excellent. They're dependable, professional and courteous. They're punctual, the quality of their work is excellent and they cleaned up thoroughly; didn't leave any scraps.

There were very professional. We are very pleased with there care for the trees, but there was a sticker shock when it came to price. The estimate did match the final cost, so I did get my money's worth.

They were prompt. He did a safe and clean job of taking down the tree. They could have done a lot of damage but they didn't. The price was reasonable. We had four estimates and theirs was the best. I woke up in the morning and they had the tree half done. I would recommend them and use them again in the future.

They were friendly and showed up on time. They were responsive to all of my requests and did a great job.

This experience was what I expected it to be. They are a very reliable company who come out when they say they will. Besides doing a professional job, the guys seem to be very knowledgeable. The price isn't the cheapest in town but it's worth it.

The work performed was very satisfactory. The trees are trimmed nicely and the workers clean up after themselves. The biggest problem is that it took weeks and many phone calls to get the work completed.

Their contract was confusing, and when we asked questions, the rep acted like we were being stupid. They dug a trench, though I could see it wasn't very deep and nothing was inserted to stop the roots. They did two sprayings in the fall (the worker who did this was good), told us it would all die in two months. At that time, I called to say it wasn't dead, and the rep was again rude, telling me to have some patience. We had not paid our final payment, waiting to see if the process had worked, and when spring came, many shoots were still green and new ones had started to grow in the cleared area. When I called the rep, he said he refused to deal with us again because we had withheld our final payment. TERRIBLE business. I have had to hire a new company and start all over, for another $5,000.

It went very well. While it took nearly three months for them to do the trimming, they treated for the wasps within three weeks (there was little evidence that the wasps were still actively eating our leaves; the spray was more defensive for the rest of the season). There was no hurry on the trimming. I figured they'd do it when the weather was right and it fit their schedules. The over-trimmed one tree I'd warned them about over-trimming, yet left on one of the two limbs I specifically asked that they remove. When I called them about it, they quickly apologized and offered to come back and fertilize all the trees in the yard at no cost ($300+ value) as well as remove the limb they'd missed as long as I marked it. They accomplished this within two weeks of me telling them of the problem with the trimming. They clean up well, and usually call ahead. This time they didn't call before the trimming. If they had, the overtrimming may not have happened; we were away when they came.

Christopher Larkin, the arborist that visited on site, was knowledgeable and polite. He suggested the program that is outlined above. Their price was competitive compared to one other company.

Someone named Fredo called me back. He was difficult to understand and somewhat belligerent. He told me our oak tree had root rot and when I told him that other people who gave estimates said it was a healthy tree he told me, "then they are fools!" He came on so strong and was so unpleasant on the phone that I did not call him back and probably won't use them on general principle, whether he is right about the tree or not.

As always Bartlett can be relied upon for their knowledge and timely completion of work.

It was a very good price and they were very careful not to damage the guttering or roofing any further. I've used them for other work and have always been very pleased. They always have the same representative that comes to my house, and I like that they are tree specialists, so they actually care about the preservation and conservation of trees.

They did a very lousy job, the trees looked very bad when they were done. They did only half of the work they were supposed to do, and they left quite a few branches on the ground and I had to pick up after them. I had to withhold payment and call and complain to get them to come back and complete the job. I do not recommend them.

Very professional. Did estimate of all work needed on trees with clear explanation of their services & fees. Came on time.

It was a very smooth operation. Bartlett arrived on the appointed day at the appointed time and took out all the trees and stumps in about four hours. They ground up all the trunks and limbs and cleaned up the street and yard. When they were done, the yard was so clean that you could not tell they had been there (except for the missing trees). This was a very technical operation, accomplished with precision. Ever see a whole 40' tree fly over a house? Me either.

WE HAVE WORKED WITH THIS COMPANY FOR OVER TWENTY YEARS. THEY HAVE PRUNED TREES, REMOVED DEAD OR DYING TREES, GROUND UP STUMPS, SPRAYED AND FERTILIZED TREES AS NEEDED. THEY HAVE ALSO INSTALLED CABLES IN MAPLES AND PROVIDED GREAT CARE TO OUR OLDER ESTABLISHED TREES.

I WAS VERY THRILLED WITH THE COMPANY. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON THE TREE SERVICE. THIS COMPANY WAS VERY CAREFUL, REMOVING THE BRANCHES AND THE BUSHES. MY FRONT YARD LOOKED WONDERFUL.

I HAD A PROBLEM WITH DISEASED TREES. THEY CAME OUT AND GOT RID OF THE DISEASES. THEY ARE VERY GOOD WITH SENSITIVE TREES. THEY ARE PROACTIVE AND PROVIDE CONTINUITY WITH THEIR SERVICES.
