I was extremely impressed. I believe this is the best experience I have ever had with house cleaners. I highly recommend them!! I will definitely have them come back again.
Description of Work: A team of three ladies cleaned a large chunk of my house, including 2.5 bathrooms. They vacuumed and mopped the hardwood floors, dusted windowsills, got cobwebs from the ceiling, cleaned the kitchen, etc., etc. Wiped down doors and cleaned the French doors, dusted furniture, etc.

Description of Work: I have been impressed with the ladies who clean for Atlantic Maids. I used another service first but was not pleased; Atlantic Maids gets good reviews and for good reason. The experience and thoroughness varies with the individuals who are sent each time, but they certainly do a better job than I do!

Description of Work: I am extremely happy with the service Atlantic Maids provided. I needed a "deep cleaning", and they cleaned areas I'd have never even thought of! They cleaned every floor, every surface, and every nook & cranny of my home. Cathy, the office manger, is very responsive to any questions or concerns, which I really appreciate. The first time they came, it went okay but the second time, I had to call them back to redo some things. I am not sure if I will use them again in future- if I can't find someone else, then may be yes but other than that, I plan to look for service.

Description of Work: Took advantage of the move-in cleaning special. Two ladies showed up and went right to work. I was in and out of the house a lot but that didn't change the quality of the work they did; Did an amazing job cleaning pretty much everything, especially my kitchen appliances. They even cleaned things I didn't tell them to clean and just overall did an amazing job. Even the phone support was awesome, called a few times with questions and was addressed by name and all my questions were answered. I will be contacting them again for future cleaning needs!

I was really pleased with the work done. The ladies arrived promptly and began working immediately. I left for work and let them know how to close the door upon leaving. When I got home, the house was sparkling! I especially want to mention the fact that I inadvertently paid them twice and contacted Cathy the next day to inform her of my error in giving a check when I had already paid online. She immediately wrote back to inform me that the check would be returned or, if I preferred, I could use the payment toward a future job by Atlantic Maids. I really appreciated her honesty and support! A few days later, she emailed me to find out whether I had received the check. I had, and I let her know. All in all, I had a very good experience with Atlantic Maids and will definitely hire them again.

Description of Work: They worked efficiently and did a good job. Cathy, the scheduler, was very accommodating to my requests for proof of insurance/worker's comp, and being kind about the skitterish dog. Not using again because such a service does not suit my budget, nothing against them at all, just more than I want to pay.
