I got a deal with Atlantic Maids. It was very easy to schedule and pay for the service online. The ladies did a fabulous job and were really thorough with deep cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms. The oven looked almost brand new after they cleaned it.

I've been a client for several years. Cathy the manager is very conscientious and accommodating, and her staff does wonderful work. They are exceptional and I recommend them highly.

Not thorough enough not good job had to go behind them

The service went very well. I'm happy with the quality of work. I have no reservations about using Atlantic Maids again. I spoke with Kathy on the phone, she was polite and professional. Everything listed in the scope was completed, and the communication once we were scheduled was prompt and they kept me well informed. My only complaint, if you'd even call it that, was that it took maybe 2 days from claiming the Angie's List deal to actually get the appointment booked. I had to call in. To me, that's not an issue, others, perhaps. They honored the claim without issue and performed the work within the short timeline that I needed. That's an A rating to me.

They never reached out to me after I claimed a deal on Angie's List so cannot comment on the cleaning services, only on the lack of response.

We have been a client of Atlantic Maids for over two years now. We get bi-weekly cleanings. The regular crew of ladies that clean for us are are pros - always on time and very pleasant. Trustworthy, professional, pleasant, highly recommend.

Scheduling was a breeze - they were able to come just a few days after I reached out via Angie’s List. Crew showed up on time and worked hard. They were very thorough and attentive to details. They were pleasant to interact with and responsive when we had questions. Took a little a long than we bargained for but worth it given how good a job they did!

Had the house cleaned including baseboards before sale. Everything was done perfectly, but we came back the next day to find condensation on all the windows because AC was set at like 50 degrees. Otherwise, would have given an A.

This company was great. Easy to schedule, they arrived when promised and started cleaning right away. They did a great job and quietly worked while I was engaged in other projects. They delayed working in the rooms where I was working. I would hire them again with pleasure.

Atlantic Maids did an EXCELLENT job and got our condo white glove clean. Wish I knew about them before I moved in 14 years ago! Would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone!

It went extremely well. I was able to schedule the cleaning at the time and on the day I requested. There was a confirmation call a few days prior to the scheduled cleaning. The ladies arrived right on time and did exactly what I requested in a polite and professional manner.

Three workers showed up and did an excellent job cleaning at a very fast pace. We will be hiring again!

Extraordinarily well. I bought a special deal just before the new year, got a call right away, and when called early January they came out the next day. Spent far longer than the advertised deal, and the level of cleaning was remarkable....some of my appliances looked new! Easy to work with, and they got my place cleaner than it has been before!

Couldn't have been better. The ladies worked so hard I almost felt guilty. They did a terrific job, got alot done in the 4 person-hours, and left the place looking spotless. We were so impressed we might hire them just to help us out from time to time!
