Description of Work: Petersen's Carpet and Flooring did a wonderful job. They replaced the carpeting, flooring and baseboards in my basement. They brought samples to the house, ordered my choices and installed everything. I would definitely purchase from them again. All questions were answered and all phone calls were returned promptly. The installers did an excellent job in a very timely and professional manner.

Description of Work: We had Petersen's install a kitchen backsplash. Paul (the salesperson) patiently took us through various backsplash options. We took home samples to see how they would look in our kitchen. After we picked one he designed a simple but effective decorative piece for over the stove. The workmen did an excellent job. All staff answered questions or concerns promptly and satisfactorily. The price was very fair and appropriate especially giving the sincere attention to our needs and exacting quality of the installation.

Description of Work: Carpet replacement on the 2nd floor.

Description of Work: We replaced carpeting in a room and were looking for the best carpet for minimizing stains from our pet. Petersen's sales person was very helpful in educating us about our options and helping us select the carpet. We also learned about other features that helped reduce waste. The carpet installation was done on time in the time frame promised. The quality of the installation was very good. We are very pleased and will use Petersens again in the future for any carpeting needs we have.
