i purchased this service through an Angie's List Big Deal. The company's rep got in contact almost immediately and we were able to schedule the service quickly. The weather was bad the day that the service was scheduled, but the company was in contact early in the morning about rescheduling. The second date the service was provided as planned and on time. I will definitely use this company again for gutter cleaning.

Working with Kristopher has been great. He has been about as responsive as any contractor I have ever dealt with and they did a great job with a few unusual requests. First they replaced some terrible gutter guards on my screened in porch that were new but did not work. Second on the front of my house another gutter guard that was working had a section missing. They did not normally use that style but special ordered it for me and installed it. Lastly I had an ugly AC pipe running down the side of my house and they somehow made a gutter to cover it. We did have one small issue after the install but without hesitation they are taking care of it. I would have no problem telling up others to work with them.

The Provider arrived on time. I explained to him a problem that I was having with water seeping into the house. He checked all gutters and discovered a blockage in down spout and debris stuck in front gutter. Once that was cleared, everything was flowing smoothly. I have not had any trouble since. I will use them annually to clean and check gutters. Very polite and courteous service person.

The gentleman who showed up was very courteous and efficient. I would highly recommend this company.

No issues with scheduling was all done electronically. Service man showed up on time as planned and completed the work leaving me a paper invoice and summary.

The actual work went very well. The technician Mike did a great job and was very professional and courteous. There was a scheduling mixup so they did not arrive on the day I thought I had scheduled them for and were not responsive during the original day when I called which initially made me very unhappy. However, the owner called me that evening and was very apologetic and handled the situation very well in my opinion and was able to get the job done the next morning. Mistakes can happen with any contractor but the most important thing is that the work was done well and they went the extra mile to make sure that they resolved things to my satisfaction. I would definitely use them again.

We got off to a rough start when the techs came on the wrong day, but the extremely professional and responsible owner/manager more than made up for the error in follow up work and courtesy. I was very grateful and more than satisfied with their work.

GutterPro cleaner the gutters, unfortunately they cleaned those at the wrong address, so when I called they came out promptly and cleaned the gutters at the correct address AND gave me a discount coupon for the next cleaning. It is hard to find responsive, responsible companies these days. My hat's off to Gutter Pro.

They cleaned the gutters and downspouts. The leaves were bagged and taken away. I received pictures of roofing tiles that have been damaged over the years. Although I had a roofer this summer look over my roof for potential leaks he did not highlight these tiles. My south roof gutter has a place that has been a continuous clog spot; rain spills over and washes away the lawn. Thus far this problem has not returned since the cleaning. Excellent work.

The gentlemen was nice, but I did not feel confident in the work that was performed. He took less than 20 minuets to clean the gutters of a 3-story town home. And that included carrying the ladder around the back of the house (I'm in an attached row house so it's a good little walk and it slopes down a hill). This was my first gutter clean so maybe it only takes 20 minutes? But I was not provided any pictures of my cleaned gutters like the other client said he received. Also, I was given a two hour window and he was 30 min later than the window time. I did not receive a call informing me that he was running late. In fact, I had to call the company myself to confirm that I was on their appointment books and that's when I found out that he was running late. I would not use their services again.

Kristopher and his crew did an outstanding job. They were prompt; friendly and professional. Because of the recent rain, Kristopher had to come back a couple of days later to do the caulking and he arrived exactly when he said he would and finished up the job in an exemplary manner. I would highly recommend this company. It is obvious that Kristopher takes great pride in the quality of work his company delivers and goes the extra mile to make sure that his service meets the highest standards.

They arrived on time, and in a little over an hour, performed the work. They were very careful to place their ladders so that they did not damage the garden, and carefully cleaned up everything when they were finished. As they worked, they took pictures of the completed work, and sent them to me afterwards so I would have a record of what was done. I am very pleased with their work, and with their price. I will definitely use them again when I need any gutter, roof, siding, etc. work done.

Both times they were on time and did a good job. They were responsive when you email them as well. Before and after they would go over what they were going to do and what had been done. They were careful if need to enter my home and not making my home dirty. They cleaned up around after they were done.

He was on time, and very quickly finished the cleaning the gutters. He also nailed back into place a portions of two different gutters that had slightly pulled away from the eaves. When he was finished he showed me where a portion of my front gutter had a sag in the middle that couldn't be repaired per se because the metal had somewhat deteriorated. The sag did not allow water to flow down the gutter and downspout as it should, and instead caused water to overflow the gutter and build up on the front porch. However, he could replace just that portion. He also assured me that the rest of the gutters were fine, and did not need to be replaced. He also found a place on the roof where a couple of roof tiles had been damaged, and should be replaced since there was a potential for water to seep and cause damage. A couple of days later he sent photos of the roof tiles (evidently had been damaged while a tree trimming service trimmed some trees back that were touching the roof), and a close up of the sagging and creased place in the damaged gutter portion. He will be able to fix both issues for a very reasonable cost.

We had a regular gutter clean maintenance with My Gutter Pro. They did a good job in April to clean the gutters of my townhouse with pictures of the cleaned gutter looking very good. Payment was very easy too by following a link from the invoice email. Will definitely do business with them for my future gutter clean needs.

Everything went per our contract. They were on time, efficient and professional.
