Great Dry thorough and evaluated other isues

This is the first time we have used My GutterPro. The technicians Mr. Isaiah and Mr. Mike came early and cleaned debris from all gutter and downspouts on the entire home very quickly, professionally. They sent pictures and notes of exterior inspection after work. Now, my family has a spotless gutter. We're very happy with work done. Very good price and great service. I'll recommand to my friends who looking for gutter cleaning.

The team showed up on time and were very nice and professional. They cleaned the roof and the gutters o the front of my house. However they didn’t clean the gutters on the backside of the house because they have “helmets.” Nor did they attempt to clean the downspouts. I could have done most of this work myself and assumed that pros would have gone a little further to make sure my gutter system was clear and clean from top to bottom. Not the case.

Responded to my request for a quote quickly. Price was very competitive. They had good references online. Showed up when expected. Worked neatly. Provided before and after pictures of the gutters. Provided a two month guarantee of no blockages (perhaps a little short?). I haven't had any problems and we've had some of the rainiest months on record, especially July. I will use them again and I have recommended them to neighbors. Waiting for Hurricane Florence to hit with confidence gutters are good. (Note, price of service was based on a Senior Discount.)

FANTASTIC!!!!! They give you a price over the phone or you can request one by email. They email you the quote and all you have to do is click "approve". They do the job and when they finished the send you the invoice with a lot of photos showing how the gutters look, you pay online and that's all. For sure I will contract them again. My experience with My Gutter Pro was excellent. On time, clean and courteous.

I was not able to be home while the work was being completed, but the gutters look great and there was no mess to clean up. Thecommunication from Gutter Pro was primarily through text. I knew exactly when they were arriving and how long they were there. They took pictures of the work and emailed them to me along with the invoice. Quick response regarding any questions I had. Very professional!

The gutter cleaning was completed, however there were gobs of debris scooped out of the gutters and left on the ground around the perimeter of the house. Otherwise everything was good. I would rate them higher if they would put the debris into a yard waste bag like my previous gutter cleaners, instead of all around my house. Will probably use them again because the price is acceptable, but not great. Or may look for a new company.

My biggest problem with this company was their lack of communications pre-work. They were virtually unresponsive via email and via their phone # -- the two recommended ways they said to contact them. The only time they seemed to respond was when I asked for a new/revised estimate. But, if I needed to cancel or put an order on-hold, it was like sending messages into a black hole. It was only when I told them I would turn their technician away did they finally acknowledge and respect a request to cancel/revise an order.

Excellent work for all services performed! Highly recommend having Kris provide services. He is reliable, professional, stands by his work, very reasonably priced, timely, high quality work. Kris provides calendar alerts and scheduling, pictures of after work insuring services rendered (particularly of hard to see places like gutters, roofs, etc.). So grateful that we're able to rely upon his professional services.

had an appointment for them to arrive between 330 and 530. they did not show up at all and did not contact me. i emailed and called them but no response. the next day they said they couldn't make it and said they would reschedule for that day, with no apology or explanation. i cancelled the second visit as i was not confident they would show up.

I had used them last year - they showed up when promised and did a good job. This year - they did not show up the first day we were scheduled so we re-scheduled for another day. Again they did not show up. Will not give them another try.

Did not show up when scheduled. Had to call them and the office told me that the guys were suppose to be at my house. Had to reschedule to another day. Lost a day of work because they couldn't keep there schedules straight.

Bought a coupon and scheduled a gutter cleaning right away; they were very responsive and even sent a text with scheduled window. However, team did not show up to the appointment and we had to reach out to reschedule. Were not given apology or explanation; same team rescheduled for a second appointment time and that time they arrived promptly and performed scheduled services.

All work was done as requested. Very pleased with results.
