Everything from start to finish was smooth. I will definitely use them again for my next cleaning.

I gave them dates to perform the services, but they were not able to perform services on the dates I suggested. They told me that they can come out any day and that I did not need to be home. I was not comfortable with that and recommended that they come on a date that I was home. A week after that dialogue, I received a note on my door that My Gutter Pro performed services and inspected my gutter. I wasn't happy about this and contacted them about the services provided and the recommendations from the inspection. I never received a phone call or email on my request. It has been months now and no one has followed back up. Very unprofessional and I would not use them or recommend them.

Great. Scheduling on-line was super easy, and they took off the discount for scheduling multiple services automatically. Received email and text updates. They came when scheduled and did the job as expected. Showed pictures of one potential problem area.

Initially the company was not able to perform services on the originally scheduled date, however service was later performed.

Mr. Stocker and his crew showed up on 10 June 2016 to make the permanent repairs to the roof. They removed two rows of shingles, and the gutter, placed an ice barrier along the roof edge, also some flashing, replaced the shingles and re-installed the gutter. They did a great job and the roof no longer leaks. Mr. Stocker and his crew were very professional and extremely nice. I will use My Gutter Pro for any future roof problems.

I'm not sure! They said they came, and left a slip. That said, I could still see a few leaves from my second story window. Since I wasn't able to be home, I asked that they take pictures before and after and send them to me. These were never sent. After a second request, they came back, and left another slip. I've asked again for the pictures from the second visit, and have received nothing. So on the one hand, they clearly showed up. On the other hand, I have some (limited) visual evidence that there were still at least a few leaves in the gutters that night.

Since I couldn't be home at the scheduled time, I asked them to take before and after pictures. They said they came, but couldn't find the pictures. However, I could still see a branch overhanging from my window... so they came back. The branch disappeared, but I still never got the requested pictures.

From the initial estimate to the final work, working with Kristopher was easy and professional. The pricing was fair, and he provided prompt and reasonable estimates with whatever minor revisions I asked about. While on the roof replacing the gutters, he noted that the chimney needed some attention, and came out within a few days to fix it -- providing pictures to show the work completed. He also noted that my installed under ground extensions might be blocked, or not flowing properly, and offered to come back to add elbows to my downspouts if I wanted. I would definitely hire them again should the need arise.

*This is a provisional review until this situation gets sorted out* I scheduled a gutter cleaning for Tuesday. The company showed up on Monday, a day early with no warning. I wasn't home. In my communication prior to the cleaning I specified that I had gutters on both the front and back of the house. They only attempted to clean the back gutters. I reviewed my security camera footage and found that they were at my house for approximately 10 minutes, and were up on the roof for less than 1 minute. While it's possible that they found nothing in the gutters (unlikely), they did not inspect the downspout and were not there long enough to do anything thoroughly. I should also mention that the crew left my gate wide open and hit my flower boxes with their ladder. I wasn't home when this work was done so I'm inclined to believe that they did a very lazy job thinking that no one would know the difference. I called the company upon discovering this. The person i talked to, Kristopher, was professional and apologetic, and offered to attempt to rectify this situation. We'll see. Until then, this is my review.

It went well. There was a glitch earlier on with the communication. They said that they were doing things primarily through the computer. Once that initial glitch happened, everything was on board/ everything was great.

The guy was very good and professional.

There were no additional fees. They actually never told us what they did. They didn't tell us when they were coming.

We have had Gutter Pro do this work twice, once in June 2015 and once in September 2015. The work is done well and we have never had a complaint. Just as importantly they show up when they say they will and conduct themselves as professionals should. We have scheduled them for a third visit.

well, on the first scheduled appt-the gutter pro rang the doorbell but said he couldn't stay because his truck was broken and he had to have it looked at immediately. Then the owner called the next day and explained the situation. We set up another time and he gave me 30% off the next service. The job was quick.....and from the reviews I guess well-done. They provided documentation which I then gave to my landlord.

The person doing the work was very professional. Really nice, did a great job and cleaned up all of the debris. He actually did more than I expected. I would absolutely use them again.

They did a great job cleaning the gutters. The damaged portion of gutter was too damaged to fully repair, so they repaired it enough to hold water (no charge) until they could provide estimate to replace and come out and do work. Overall, very satisfied. I will note that they left a bag of leaves in my side yard, an oversight I'm sure. They are coming back to replace gutters too! Very responsive! Honestly, I didn't price shop, but to clean all the gutters on a 5,000+ square house= $200. Seemed reasonable, and WAAAY better than spending a day off doing it myself! They also didn't require that I be home when during service. I came home from work and voila! Clean gutters.

We contacted them first for gutter cleaning in January and they did such an OUTSTANDING job that we hired them again when our chimney trim needed fixing and resealing. Both times we were positively impressed by the quick response by email, the price, timeliness, punctuality and quality of service. The payment transaction was very smooth. They were early, did the job quickly and were very thorough.

They were great! Prompt, affordable, thorough. The only problem was a mix-up with our home address. Our old address was in Angie's List, and they just went to that address instead of contacting us about where to go. Other than that, excellent job.
