Everything went smoothly. Technicians arrived on time both days; work took the expected amount of time; clean up after work was well done. The 30 year old tub & tile now look new, and at an affordable price. Based on Angieslist reviews I expected an overwhelming odor from the process. In fact I didn't find it bothersome.

We are very satisfied with our refinished tub. Drew was prompt, professional, and conscientious, as well as a nice guy to have around. One of our reasons for selecting Miracle Method was Ryan, the owner's, preview of our needs and offer to match the surrounding tile color at no additional charge. Drew persevered in finding just the right color-match to give us a very professional job. The only disadvantage was the lingering odor of the final coats. The exhaust system Drew employed was very effective for most of the day.

Ryan was very responsive, but we decided for another supplier--no fault of his.

The tub looks brand new, and it was in very poor condition when they first began the job. They were professional. They got the job done quickly. They cleaned up the mess. I was pleased with the price. I recommend them to anybody.

Company tech arrived on site before 9 AM and explained everything he would do. Tech then prepped the work area by protecting all surfaces not to be refinished. Passthru was sanded and the bullnose applied along with filler to make area smooth. Main counter was sanded and all joints filled. Base coat was applied to pass thru and counter and allowed to dry. Cover coat (granite look alike) was then applied followed by the finish coat. I was told to leave the protection in contact with the counter intact for at least 36 hrs but could remove all other when I wanted. Tech was done by 4 PM. Counter and pass thru looked like a granite countertop was installed. After the 36 hrs I removed the rest of the protection by using a razor blade between the counter edges and the tape used for protection (to make sure application was not pulled up by tape). I am totally satisfied with this job and company and now have a "granite" top without any joints or seams for less than a third of what a real top would cost.

They came out when I wasn't home, they did exactly what they said they were going to do. I didn't meet them but they cleaned up their mess. I couldn't even tell they were in my house when I was gone.
