Our bathtub was pink, now it is white. It looks great, the worker was there on schedule, worked quickly, and we feel that we got a great value. Would use these guys again.

Went well. The epoxy smell was noxious for a few days unfortunately. The tub also looks rather like it was painted instead of being a new tub. Very friendly contractor. Larkin in the office was awesome

I had a tub resurfaced several years back and there is no comparison between that dirty, smelly experience - with another company - and this one. From start to finish, Custom Tub & Tile Resurfacing was terrific. The appointment was set, a text confirmed their rep was on his way, he arrived at the scheduled time and got right to work after taking all precautions to contain any debris, etc. Afterward, I was advised how to keep the tub looking like new - products to use, products to avoid. Really, I cannot imagine a better experience. They even followup to make sure you are happy. These guys are the best.

It was excellent. After the $299, I had to pay an additional $125, because they mentioned if I had the tub glazed before, it would be an additional $125 to remove the previous glaze. I sure will use them again!

Customer service and results were above average.

Dennis's work made the tub and tile look like they had just been installed. It completely revitalized the bathroom. We took advantage of an Angie's List coupon and had the work done in January. Our bathroom doesn't have a window to the outside, so Dennis ran an exhaust tube to the adjacent bedroom window. This worked well, but it meant having the window open all day in January, so I recommend taking that into consideration when scheduling. The odor is quite strong, so be prepared, although it lessened considerably overnight. Installing a non-slip surface was additional (to the coupon), but I thought the cost was reasonable. The work was very professional, care instructions were clear, and clean-up was thorough. I am very happy with the results.

The employee was prompt. He explained what he needed to do. There were some extra fees, but they were reasonable and we were informed up front that might be the case. The tub looks great. We are considering them for other jobs.

Absolutely amazing! My tub is over 50 years old. After the refinishing by Juan, I almost cried because it was beyond my expectations. Absolutely amazing. The tub looks like brand new. Again simply amazing and absolutely beautiful! Thank You So Much Juan!!!

A representative called us a few days prior to confirm our appointment and explain how to prepare for service. On the day of the appointment, the contractor arrived on time, explained what he would be doing and then proceeded with the resurfacing. Overall we are very pleased with the end result. I would utilize this company again in the future.

It went very well. The technician alerted me to the extra work that would need to be done at an additional cost and time, and had me speak to his supervisor on the phone to approve the upgraded work.

Very well, looks almost brand New. There are few restrictions: bath mat (no suction cups), found online, cleaner ( nothing harsh), due to their nails, no pets in tub. I was quite impressed to receive a "Thank You" from Custom Tub & Tile Resufacing. It was a very thoughtful, plus handwriting was very nice:)

Dennis was at the job site punctually. Reviewed what was to be done. Told him some of our concerns so an additional step was done to provide a slightly smoother surface than we would have otherwise had.( An extra coat was put on the tub which did cost more money. It was not necessary for the restoration of the tub, but it was more aesthetically pleasing.) They did a good job in ventilating the area. Smell still lingered for several more days as was expected, but only in that area. All of the staff from this company were friendly and helpful.

Excellent, try managed to put the shine back, caulked, even caulk behind toilet for me due to air gap from outside causing great draft in winter months. Was quite impressed with time, quality and professionalism. Will use again if need.

The technician was right on time and he performed the service in a professional manner. I didn't realize that the tub had been reglazed in the past because there was no flaking or peeling, just some rust around the drain, so it cost me an extra $150 dollars (I believe...was put on my credit card, to sand off the first layer. I was very pleased.with the results. I would use them again for sure.

They did a fantastic job ! They arrived on time, did great work, and also worked very quickly. They cleaned up well after themselves, and we were very happy with the results.

It looks amazing!! The tub was an original when the townhouse was built in 1949, and it was beginning to rust near the drain, and the tub bottom was very worn and stained. It now looks like a brand new tub and is beautiful! We are so pleased. The technician, Dennis, was extremely professional, punctual and efficient with his work. We started this process on a Sunday evening with a message via the company website. Monday morning, I already has a proposal and was able to schedule the service for only two days later. As promised, a text was sent when the technician was on his way, and another was sent upon his arrival - right on time. I could then go to work, and he sent another text to let me know when the work was almost done so I could return rather than having to wait around for a few hours. The other point of importance with Custom Tub & Tile Resurfacing that I found extremely useful was its website that helped us decide whether to resurface or do a bath-fitter option. It was extremely informative about the process, on what types of tubs resurfacing would work (and would not) and explained that process vs. the bath-fitter or replacement options. Thank you for such amazing responsiveness, professionalism and efficiency. I would wholeheartedly recommend CT & TR to anyone.

The bathtub itself looks nice and shiny after the refinish. Unfortunately, in the process of refinishing my tub, the service tech managed to ruin my drain trim and damage the finish on my faucet handle, which he must have touched with chemicals on his hands (see photos). The tech did mention that the drain cover could be stained from the chemicals, so he was going to tape it--which apparently didn't do any good. Now I am out $100 to buy a new drain and handle trim. The company's instructions say to "install all plumbing" beforehand, so that's exactly what I did. If your service will destroy certain types of trim finishes, that needs to be explained when booking--what do you expect the customer to do if they find out only once the tech has already shown up? It's not like I can just rip out the drain at that point. And your techs should NOT be touching other parts of the trim with chemicals if they know it could damage the finish! Custom Tub & Tile had a great price and warranty, and the refinished tub looks great as well. But if you are remodeling your bathroom, do NOT replace the drain or other trim until after they have finished their work, or you might find yourself with a nasty surprise like I did.

It went well. The job was finished timely. The cleanup was done. Dennis was very professional, instead of just handing me the brochure, he took time to explain everything to me. I am very pleased with the work. Just be prepared for them to arrive a bit earlier than scheduled.LOL
