Description of Work: Great experience with these guys. I got an Angie's List deal for bathtub refinishing in standard white for $275 (about $125-175 less than competitors). We set up an appointment at a convenient time. They gave me a window, and I told them that I really needed to make a work meeting toward the end of that window. Their guy, Carlos, showed up 20 minutes early, at 7:40 a.m. That NEVER happens. I really appreciated his conscientiousness to help me get out the door. He was as nice as he could be, and when I came home, my tub looked terrific. He did the work on Friday morning, and I left town and came back on Sunday afternoon, so there was no issue with the fumes at all.

Description of Work: The provider refinished a bath tub. I was very pleased with the service. The provider was on time, professional and courteous. A potentially messy job was done efficiently and effectively with no residue remaining. Even the odor left behind that had been anticipated was not too distracting, and it dissipated in a relatively short period of time. |One suggestion that I would give to the company is that they let their customers know, especially if the tub is relatively old tub, that some of the hardware may need to be replaced after the job is performed. The spout that came off was not anticipated, however, I don't think it could have been avoided. But, I as a customer, would like to know that is a possibility before the job is performed. Other than that, the service was great.

Description of Work: I was dissatisfied about having to leave my credit card on file with them. The text in the fine print was very vague and did not convey that I would have to agree to giving them a card, and I was not sure about the $75 cancellation fee. If I cancelled the deal, I would have already been out $275.

Description of Work: They wanted a credit card number to hold in case I canceled! I had already paid via PayPal. Why would I cancel?!! The company seemed dishonest from the start after I had made the deal and paid for it. Very bad business deal. Also they start off telling you how much you will owe that's not included if they have to strip the tub. Not good for wonderful Angie List! :(

If you have an enclosed bathroom without a window or venting I would not recommend this system, especially if you are sensitive to solvent odor

Description of Work: They refinished an old bathroom tub and renewed the plumbing. It went well, though a piece of plumbing broke in the process and they sent a plumber a few days later to repair it and replace the drain and overflow. That was a separate charge which I did not anticipate before the job started. All in all, it was a good deal and the tub looks very nice.

There was a slight mix up with the scheduling, but they were courteous in making sure it was re-scheduled on the appropriate date.
