Description of Work: Not sure of the exact price or date, but it was a "big deal" special to refinish a bathtub. The work looks great and is holding up well. Had a couple rust spots in the tub that required some extra work, but I can't even tell the spots were there now. Great job, would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Needed a divot leveled in the upstairs bathtub along with a standard refinishing. The refinishing came out nicely, but the employee failed to level the divot (even after having a conversation with him moments before beginning his work). After I communicated that the divot was never leveled and that water was still pooling in that spot, the company insisted a tech be given the opportunity to fix the problem or they would not honor the 5 year warranty. On the second visit, the tech gave an initial estimate of 90 minutes of service time. 4 hours later, I'm left cleaning up debris and scraping white paint spray off of my black floor tiles. Job Complete but not in a satisfactory manner.

Description of Work: Their customer service was first rate, and Carlos did a wonderful job! The tub looked brand-new when he finished! It cost more than anticipated due to the rust repair and replacement of hardware that was needed, but the fact that the tub looked so good helped take the sting out of the additional cost. I have already recommended them to friends.

Description of Work: They refinished an open ended tub using a promotion deal they were running. The tech, Carlos, came right on time, was very informative and got right to work. He was polite and asked me small details as to what my preferences were. He worked around the other contractors I had in the house and explained the care/warranty information fully before he left.

Description of Work: I was very pleased with the overall service and with technician that completed the resurfacing. The scheduling was inaccurate which had me waiting the entire day for the project to be started. Unfortunately, I could not reschedule because I waited almost a month for an appointment.

Description of Work: Called to schedule appt after I purchased an Angie's List Deal for tub resurface for $299. Told them my tub was not installed and was sitting on covered porch. They told me they don't refinish tubs that aren't installed. I told them I would be happy to install it and call them back, but that it will be a lot harder for them to to the job because the bathroom is small and tub will be installed close to wall. They put me on hold, came back and said they could refinish it on the porch if the weather was good otherwise they'd have to reschedule. Or they could charge me $100 to pick up/deliver. Why so much hassle? Covered porch. Anyway-- just a lot of putting on hold, transferring after giving info only to be told, "how can I help you" and then told they don't do uninstalled tubs and then told they do. Refund please.
