Description of Work: The refinishing was done promptly, professionally and looks good. The reason I gave them a "B" is that there are rather strict cleaning and usage nonos which we did not find out about til after the job was done. Had we known beforehand we might have opted for a new tub.

Description of Work: Custom Tub & Tile Resurfacing showed up exactly at the time promised and finished the job in about two and a half hours - as promised. The workman, Juan Gonzalez, was courteous, professional and did an excellent job of taking care during the work and cleaning up afterwards. Of course we have to wait for a few days to tell exactly how well the work will last, but all appearances are that it will be perfectly fine.

Description of Work: 65 year old cast iron tub re-refinish. The house was prepped and additional ventilation added prior to the work beginning. The tech stripped the previous resurface from the tub, ground down areas of pitting and then applied the new finish. The tub looks brand new, and it is a year after the work was done. |Great job. Would seek their services again.

Description of Work: This was a wonderful experience. I bought the special offer to resurface my tub. I asked also for an estimate to redo the grout in the shower area. Carlos came and did an amazing job. The bathroom looks great and I am going to work with them to do my second bathroom. A family business - they were completely professional from start to finish.
