Custom Tub and Tile was fantastic - from Larkin's scheduling (which allowed for us to complete the job on short notice) to Dennis's punctuality and workmanship. We would definitely hire them again.

This was well worth the money. Carlos came into the house and was very professional. When the time came to vent to the outside he took care to seal off the parts of the door not used by the hose. I was very impressed by this as it's not always the case! He kept me posted as to what was going on when. I'm also happy we got lucky and were able to have the service the next day due to a cancellation, so we are happy customers! I'd highly recommend them.

Juan was very professional. It explained how the process works and did it efficiently. He cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. The bathtub looks brand new and we love it.

From scheduling to the actual refinishing went great. The job is better than the previous refinishing. I've worked with 3 tub refinishing companies in the last year and this is the best, with the best quality.

The re-finishers performed the work as specified. They installed ventilation to minimize dust from sanding and odor from the refinishing. We knew that the odor would persist several days after the job because of the previous reviews so we were prepared for it. They did a great job and the tub and tile look new.

This company was excellent. They called back quickly after our first contact to answer questions I had about the caulk they were going to use. They gave me clear information about what to expect when they came. The technician was courteous and did a good job keeping the smell out of the house (but be prepared - this process stinks and the smell last quite a few days after) I had an issue with the job but when I called to tell them about they responded immediately that they would come back and fix it. Apparently, I had a leak in the faucet (of which I was unaware) so when the technician left, he had a medical glove taped around the faucet but didn't mention the leak to me. When I went in the bathroom hours later, the glove was full and dripping. The dripping messed up the refinishing surface right under the faucet. As I said, when I called, they were completely willing to come back out after I got the faucet fixed. I did that but then decided the drip spots were not at all noticeable and canceled their second visit. They said if I wanted to fix it later, they'd come out. Very happy with the work and the service - tub looks great.

Very satisfied. Had a grungy unsightly bathtub refinished. They showed up on time, worked quickly and professionally and left a tub that, by all appearances, was brand new. Great job!

Due to the refinishing process details I was informed that I would need to be out of the home while the service is being done and that a strong smell of nail salon would linger 2-7 days. I have a bad reaction to strong smells of this nature and had to cancel the service.

It went fine. The schedule and everything went fine. They were professional and cleaned up.

ron The service was performed exceptionally well. From scheduling of service to the actual service call--Everything went off without a hitch. Good instructions were provided prior to the service date. Mr. Gonzolez was punctual, polite, and hard-working. He clearly explained what to expect of results. He left the hardware polished nicely as well, which is a very nice touch. The tub itself...it was the most horrifically worn out, scrubbed down nearly all the way through the enamel in many places, chipped all the way to the iin other places. The results were your classic before/after nightmare/dream tub type of results. Very happy with results, and the manner in which service was provided, both in terms of scheduling and day-of service.

Went great - guy was nice and professional. Tub looks great. No complaints. I think the person who made the appointment said he would call when he was on his way and the bell rang and he was there, but it worked out.

We we looking for an inexpensive solution to sprucing up our master bath prior to putting our house on the market. Our real estate agent recommended this type of service. We saw the Living Social deal, saw that this company got good ratings, so decided to go with them. They were very helpful and friendly on the phone with scheduling and answering questions. The work took about eight hours, and made an amazing difference. This was far more cost effective than retiling, etc. The only downside is the strong smell in the house for the first couple of days. We stayed in our guest room for a couple of nights. Three months later, it still looks brand new. I highly recommend this company, and would go with them again if ever needed.

They said they guarantee the work for 5 years, I have a cast iron tub. It would cost more for some stains to be removed. I have decided to just get a new tub instead. They were very nice and accommodating. The company was great.

Great! The worker was a bit late from previous job, but the office communicated with me. The workmanship looks great, like a brand new tub!

Very labor intensive because of stripping off the old paint that was on the tile and tub . When finished the tub , surround , and wainscoting looks GREAT ! Def worth the money which was very reasonable .

Custom Tub did a wonderful job! We couldn't be more pleased! The service man arrived on time, explained everything he was going to do, and showed me his progress as he went. It's a smelly job, but he vented our bathroom as he went. Our tub looks brand new. Definitely more cost-effective than demo-ing our old tub and installing a new one.

I purchased a Big Deal for $275 for Full Bathtub Refinish. I was in communication with the service provider over the phone to schedule appointment. Service provider stated I could not use this Big Deal because my tub had jets in it. The service provider did tell me I could contact Angie's List for a refund.

Great service. The company set up the appointment, quoted me the cost, and confirmed the scheduled appointment the day before the technician showed up. I then received a follow-up call after the work was done to ask about how satisfied I was with the work. Carlos, the technician, was terrific. Because he had been to the condo before (to refinish the first tub), I didn't wait around to help him at the loading dock. I left him a key to the unit. He called when he got there and started the work, and called again when the work was done. The two bathrooms look fabulous, and there was no mess or dirt left behind. These guys are fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about them True professionals.

After a few scheduling snafus, the tech showed up late in the afternoon and finished the job in about 4 hours. He took all precautions to limit the amount of the dust and smell from affecting the rest of the house, but the smell was pretty overpowering. It was extremely cold outside so we couldn't just open windows to help alleviate the issue, but we eventually put box fans in 2 windows to help pull the smell out. It was bad, but I really don't think the tech could have done any more to prevent that. I think it's just part of the process, and in the end I am very happy with the finished product. Everyone involved was super nice, and I'd use them again.

Very nice job. The tub looks brand new. I will call this company again without reservation.
