They did a pretty good job. The guy was very professional. He diagnosed the problem. He replaced the small part and got my whole system back. He came late and when he came, he did what he needed to do. I told my Mom to call them for cleaning of the furnace. The price was pretty fair.

They arrived promptly and went straight to work. I will use them again and recommend them to my family and friends.

He told me what my problem was with my a/c unit. Since the unit is just a year old, I didn't think it was a total lost. He explained how it just needed to be cleaned and the chemical that is needed to make the unit cool. I was very satisfied with that and also with the price. I will recommend this Company to all of my friends

Mechanics arrived on time, showed professionalism in their workmanship, and completed the installation properly. Dick's indicated they would register warranty and file for pepco rebate which they did. Also, they addressed all of my installation concerns. I give these people high marks in every category because they deserve it and would not hesitate to recommend them.

The condensation pan of our A/C unit kept filling with water. The technician arrived on time and completed the work. He was very professional and courteous. The cost for the actual service was very reasonable. I think the service call fee is on the high side.

It went great. Gerald, the technician was extremely knowledgeable about what the problem was and in making the repair. He explains what the problem is and what is needed to make the repair. This is about the 3rd time we've used D**** A/C & Heating and we have been extremely pleased each time. They are definitely our go to A/C and Heating source and we would highly recommend them.

At first we thought we were going to have them come back because it still did the same thing as before not ignite everytime,but now it comes on every time we turn it on. So far so good. The technician showed up on time and was very professional.

The coldest day of the year and the furnace stopped working. After consulting the yellow pages we called Dick's about 5:30 pm. They said it would be approximately an hour for a technician to get there. Within half an hour we got a call from the technician and he was there about 20 minutes later. Gerald quickly determined the problem and replaced the needed part. He was in and out in about 1/2 hour and the furnace was again running. Would definitely call D**** again!

Dick's continues to deliver. I have been using them for many years. The front of my house was not getting any heat. Gerald found that the problem was the thermostat and made the necessary fix. He is outstanding and always gets the job done and keeps me informed. I highly recommend Dick's they provide great service.

good until the esitmate was written. he told me information on a carrier but wrote payne on the ticket. i didn't understand that. Update to service provider response: I decided to go with another AC company. I don't feel comfortable with this company based on the conversation with the salesperson/technician. He led me to believe I was being sold a Carrier only yet he put Payne on the ticket and did not explain or tell me why he did this. I read the ticket after he left and immediately called the company. First impression was not good in this situation.

They send out a postcard reminding me to schedule the maintenance. Normally, the timeslots are in half day increments (8 to noon or 1 to 5). On the rare occasion that they are running late, I will receive a phone call alerting me to the delay.

First off, I was a little disappointed that there was no same day service. It took two days for an appointment opening because they needed an AM appointment slot for an upstairs A/C unit. The only reason the timeliness of the appointment was a concern is because we have a newborn. Other than that I was completely fine with the time slot provided. Rondrell called around 8 AM and told me that he would arrive in 15 minutes or so. He showed up right on time. Before going up in the attic, he asked what was wrong. I told him that the fan inside was working fine and I thought there was something wrong with the motor outside. He took a look at the unit and asked if it were just humming and described the exact symptoms of our unit. He opened up the unit and checked the capacitor of the unit. The capacitor was rusted and not in working order. Rondrell replaced the capacitor in minutes and our A/C was restored. He was in and out in less than an hour. Great service and I will use them again in the future

They showed up and had never heard of my boiler! The technician cleaned the ignitor (I had cleaned the ignitor the night before; the boiler was working perfectly) and took my manual in order to "study it". He said he would come back, Of course they charged me $90 for a service I ddn't need. It is now July 18th, this was 7 months ago and I'm still waiting. I emailed them in June and there was no response. What a waste of time and money. They responded: " Your boiler is not typical for this area and required further investigation in order to accurately give an estimate on the cleaning. After our service technician returned to the office with your manual we made a copy of it and returned it to you right away...." My point was I specifically asked, "do you service MUNCHKIN boilers", when I bothered to call you. You responded yes and that was untrue. I wasted $90. I looked at my phone logs and there were no calls at those times. Yes you returned my manual in the mail. I hired a company that came out, new how to do the job, did the work, and I paid them for it, the way it should be. Want to make up for this? Refund my money, that's the right thing to do, like that will ever happen!

Called Dick's and they were able to get a guy out to the house within a couple days. The worker was on time and arrived with everything necessary to diagnose and repair our system. The gentleman took the time to clearly explain what the issue was and the repair process and cost. He worked efficiently and effectively. A year later and our AC is working better than it did the first summer after our home was built. I gave them a B for the price as I just don't know the going rate for the service provided at this time. Will use again without hesitation.

Everything went very well. Patrick was on-time and friendly and explained everything to me. I was afraid that because of the age of the unit that I was going to need to replace it. Not so. Its working great now and he said I should have no worries for a few more years.

Believing my compressor was frozen on my AC unit, I called Dick's as they had been recommended by my neighbor. Despite its being near the height of the season, they sent a technician out within a day or two. He was punctual and professional. After making pressure and electrical measurements which showed no problems, he started manually trying to move the fan blades. After spraying the bearing with some WD-40, the technician was able to turn the fan with some effort. Continuing with working the fan and spraying WD-40 on the bearing, he was able to get the fan free enough so that the compressor could turn it on its own. At that point the technician said he could replace the motor (and gave me a quote) or take the chance that the WD-40 treatment would suffice. I decided to take the chance on the lubrication, and he continued to spray some more on the bearing. BTW, a year later and the AC is still running well. I was impressed by integrity of the technician in that he could have just as easily sold me a new fan, a new compressor, or even a new outside unit.

They did excellent work, very professional, exceptional clean. I would highly recommend them for any one needing these services.

They were excellent. They found out what was wrong right away. The person was very nice and I was able to talk to him while he was working.

They come and check the heating and a/c system twice a year. They're easy to get appointments with and they do a thorough check of my system. Today they called me ten minutes before the appointment and were very professional.
