Great Great Great!

I called this company with a leaky roof and more rain on the way, and they were not able to even send out an estimator until three days later. I could not wait that long.

We were experiencing an on-going problem with leaks on our flat roof for the last 18 yrs. that a number of roofing contractors had attempted to fix. The acid test came with a 2-day torrential downpour and much to our delight there were absolutely no leaks - not one drop ($1800.00). A personal THANKS to Jim Flanagan of KRAUSE AND FLANAGAN RENOVATIONS and also to Sanchez, the team leader of the roofing crew as they all amazed us as they swung around the roofing area with ropes, fearlessly and quite efficiently.

My neighbor had work done by this company and they did a great job. I am very pleased with the work on my roof also. They knew what to do and came with the right equipment. I would highly recommend them.

They arrived and completed the work quickly. The work included hauling away our old heater.

I could not say enough great things about them. I would hire them again for anything. They are headed up by two fellows. They are very easy to contact. Their staff is very efficient and I've never had to wait to hear back from them. If they can't make it, I get a call well ahead so we can reschedule. I'm quite sincere in my enthusiasm for them.

I was using electric but switched to gas.

I am happy with my new furnace. It runs very quiet and efficiently. I feel they sold us a good product. They were prompt with the installation. They also followed up with us to make sure we were pleased with everything. I think they have good customer service.

They took digital pictures of the rotten wood they replaced to let me know that the job was done properly. The roof is very high pitched, so I know that they knew what they were doing. I am pleased with them and would recommend them to others as well.

Estimator - great, informative and professional! Installers - damaged flooring, skirting and dead electrical socket when completed. Jim Flanagan; arrogant, unprofessional, berating over payment snafu and my withholding of money pending repair of damages. He came to view damage and attitude was to the point my husband ordered him get off of our property. When he called the installer to ask if he had removed the skirting (how else would you get under a mobile home without removing the skirting?? (Larry Krause is professional and tolerant but NOT Flanagan. Electrician sent and repair completed. Flooring estimator sent - all professional and polite. Received follow up call from Flanagan when Krause Co. Received flooring estimate; they are not going to authorize the repair but are deducting the cost from my balance due. Therefore, thanks to them, I still have a damaged floor and must begin again getting estimates to correct their damage. Paid in full. Sadly, I would not recommend them.

Our experience with Krause and Co. was excellent from start to finish. They were very informative, timely, polite, professional and we are thrilled with our outcome. Mr. Krause helped us choose our log set by providing us with places to physically see sets and online resources for pricing. The company set up all of our County inspections and also contacted us, after the work was completed, to ask if we were satisfied. We started this conversion with little knowledge and felt completely informed by the time the project was finished. We will us this company in the future and have already recommended them to others.

PUT IN A BATHROOM. CHANGED THE WINDOW PLACEMENT AROUND TO JOIN THE PRE-EXISTING BATHROOM TO THE FAMILY ROOM. THEY WERE ALWAYS ON TIME, WORKED AROUND THE FAMILIES SCHEDULE.
